Kirk is a rare gem in the industry—kind, honest, and deeply compassionate. With over 30 years of experience, he brings an unmatched level of expertise to every repair, inspection, and service. From roofing and electrical work to appliances, furnaces, estimates, and even pre/post-trip preparations, he does it all with integrity and precision. When Kirk traveled to inspect my RV roof, I expected the usual upsell. Another dealership had insisted it was time for a costly reseal, but Kirk thoroughly examined my roof, took photos, and assured me it was in great shape, saving me from an unnecessary expense. That level of honesty is incredibly rare, and I respect him immensely for it. As a disabled RV owner, I deeply appreciate the compassion Kirk showed. Not only did he refund my money for a service I didn’t need, but he went above and beyond—helping me level my camper, washing my roof, and sharing insider tips about my black tank and other RV functions. These are tasks I’ve struggled with, and his willingness to help meant the world to me. Mr. Kirk is an exceptional craftsman pertaining to RV repairs. He is a person of great skill and wonderful knowledge in doing repairs correctly. There is the right way and the wrong way, his way is the correct way. He likes to do a one and done and that handles it. No repeats. He will work with you and explain things in detail and help you understand every aspect. Highly recommend him. He goes the extra mile to make sure everything is to your satisfaction.

Called Kirk for a water leak. He was here extremely quick. Communication was a 10. Very nice guy and very helpful with pointers for the future. I appreciate all the info he gave me along with the fast service!

Had the best experience with Kirk! Called because one of my AC units went out in my RV and he came out the next morning to check it out for me and was here the next day replacing my unit! Have never had this fast of service with anyone else! And good quality service at that!! Will definitely be using him for all of my issues in the future!!

I called Mr. Kirk today for the first time with a serious camper issue that wasn't exactly repair related, but I was in serious trouble and needed camper advice. (Me and this man have never spoken before) This man knows so much about repairs and insurance and he told me everything I needed to do to save my camper within 3 minutes. I thought my camper was totaled and I was going to be at a loss, but he told me exactly how to handle my situation and he got me the help I needed. I am a disabled veteran and he and his associates are TRULY Veteran friendly, as a vet that has watched every big corporation remove their military discounts and show how little they care, I can say these guys actually show their appreciation. I have absolutely no doubt this man can find a way to help anyone in any situation. I don't write google reviews, but me randomly calling this man today was God answering a prayer. I hope your situation is not as dire as mine is, but call Kirk, he can get you right.

Kirk is amazing!! Call him. You won't regret it. My son and I broke down at a truck stop outside Lake Charles. I googled RV repair in the area and 4 or 5 options popped up. I read all of these great reviews on Kirk's RV Repair and I called him. The experience that followed was nothing short of fantastic. He got a technician, Ian, out to our location within 2 hours. The only reason it wasn"t even faster was because Kirk & Ian were wrapping up helping another RV owner who was stranded on the side of the road and worse off than we were. They diagnosed the problem and got all the parts on the Saturday & SUNDAY before Christmas to try to get us back on the road as quickly & economically as possible. When the camper revealed more damage and it turned into an insurance claim, I called the insurance company, gave Kirk the claim number, and he handled everything from that point on. They replaced the entire axle and wheel assembly and then towed the camper back to their shop to store it until we can pick it up. He even noticed a pending maintenance issue and told me how to handle it myself and said he would walk me through it when I was ready. Kirk is fast, honest, & an excellent communicator. I cannot recommend him enough if you need RV repairs. I am considering driving 3 hrs from my home to have him handle any future needs. Thank you, Kirk and Ian, and Merry Christmas to you both!!

Amazing service! He came out ahead of schedule and has the problem fixed very quickly. He gave some good advice on another small problem I had as well. I'd recommend Kirk's any time.

I’m working a turnaround in Sulphur and came home on a Sunday afternoon to find my sink had literally dropped out of the counter. I recalled seeing a sign at the entrance of the RV park, advertising Kirk’s business. He quickly returned my call/text and told me he could get to my camper first thing in the morning. I was grateful that he could fit me in so quickly, and I told him I would have to leave work to meet him. He called me back about 15 minutes later and told me if I didn’t mind a late service call, he has a guy he could send me that night because he hated for me to have to leave work. (Anyone who has ever worked turnarounds can really appreciate this.) So, true to his word, about 8:00, I had someone at my camper repairing my sink. It looks great and you can’t beat that kind of service and thoughtfulness. Thanks, Kirk! ***Two years later, and I have to call Kirk again. I had an issue with my electrical cord and he had one in stock and was able to replace my broken one. He literally returned my first call within minutes and continued helping me through out the day (on a SUNDAY). He literally will do all he can to help you out. Customer service like this is very hard to find these days!
