Please join us in celebrating a great accomplishment, as Dan Quigley, Vice President of Associations, has passed his PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) certification! Dan is the first person with KMC to earn this certification. This is a 2-day onsite study at a large community chosen by CAI (Community Associations Institute). At the end of the 2nd day, you are given 30 questions to complete in essay form to be completed within 30 days. It takes many long nights and weekends to get this finished in time. Congratulations, Dan! Great job, and thank you for being such an inspiration to us all!
