KirklandRooter was fantastic! They were able to come out within a couple hours of my call, assessed the situation and advised me of two potential solutions, depending on build up in the pipes. The first solution wasn’t enough for a decade’s worth of kitchen sink/garbage disposal backup. Second solution worked! Everything was taken care of in record time - about an hour. Milad was efficient, professional, and very considerate. He noted I don’t wear shoes in my house and took his off and, after finishing his work, he cleaned everything up/put everything back. He was also very kind to my cat who insisted on talking to him the whole time. Thank you so much!

Kirkland Rooter and Shamim are awesome!! Our upstairs toilet was clogged on Monday. After spending most of the day on Tuesday, and some of the day on Wednesday, after buying multiple different tools and kinds of drain snakes, I was unable to fix it. So I decided to call a plumber. I called Kirkland Rooter this evening, Shamim answered and said that he could come right away. Thirty minutes after making the phonecall, he was here, and literally 5-10 minutes after arriving, my toilet was unclogged and working properly. So essentially, less than an hour from making the call to Kirkland Rooter, the toilet was fixed and functional, which is amazing, and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. I really appreciated the speediness, honesty, efficiency, and customer service given by Shamim, he resolved an ongoing, stressful and time-consuming problem, almost immediately! Highly recommend Kirkland Rooter! We will be calling them again for any future needs 🔥👍
