The moment you step in the studio, the ambience just relaxes you, compared to the hustle and bustle outside from the other busy units. Nilo and Julia welcomed us like we are long-time friends in a meet-up šŸ˜…. The Kintsugi healing workshop will encourage you to stop your mind's noise and be occupied, focusing on piecing everything back while reflecting. You are in a group but yet it's also me-time.

Went today with my husband and it was such a wonderful experience. We got this as a wedding gift from a friend and I thought it was very meaningful. Nilo, who ran the workshop and owns the studio, was EXCEPTIONAL! She explained everything clearly, was very friendly and nice to be around and made the experience very enjoyable for us from start to finish! I would highly recommend and I would even go back again

Lovely morning spent breaking a plate and making it even more beautiful than before. Reminds me of the transformation journey of reviewing a business process šŸ˜† Thanks to Nilo for sharing with us her beautiful studio and her personal stories. I also made a new friend that day! Perfect activity for couples, family with kids and elderly, colleagues on team bonding… or even alone. Very therapeutic!

I was blessed to attend a kintsugi workshop - a birthday gift from the Universe. šŸ’ We began by choosing a plate and breaking. It was something that felt surprisingly emotional and it took me a while. With our warm and patient trainer Nilo, we learned how to mend the pieces using glue and gold dust, step by step. While waiting for the glue to set, we were offered green tea and snacks which added a lovely, calming pause. At the end, we were invited to share what the workshop meant to us. Listening to others and sharing my own reflections made me feel the vulnerability of being broken and the quiet strength in mending which mirrored the very essence of Kintsugi. ā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹

I gifted my bff the kintsugi experience for her jubilee celebration and we had an amazing time. The whole experience was priceless as we saw how our broken pieces after mending looked different and beautiful. There was much to reflect on and brought a new meaning of healing for my friend and I. Nilo was very patient and guided us gently. She also surprised us with a little cake that made the entire time at kintsugi studio an unforgettable one. Thank u Nilo. I will be back for the couple one soon.

My partner and I had the best time here with Nilo and Suet Ling! They were patient, hospitable, and guided us very well throughout the entire process. I enjoyed learning about the art of kintsugi, and the reflection at the end of the session was thoughtful. It is an experience I’ll remember very fondly, will be back again for more!

Attending the Kintsugi workshop provided a valuable perspective on healing, growth, and resilience. Through the hands-on activity of restoring broken pottery, I reflected on how challenges, setbacks, and imperfections can shape us into stronger individuals. The philosophy behind Kintsugi—embracing flaws rather than concealing them—resonated deeply with me. It reinforced the importance of self-compassion, mindful reflection, and sustainable practices in both personal and professional contexts. Overall, the workshop was a timely reminder that transformation often occurs through repair, and that ā€œbrokenā€ does not mean ā€œlessā€; it can mean renewed, strengthened, and redefined. The Kintsugi process taught me to be gentler with myself, to recognise that despite the cracks, I am still whole, still worthy, and still beautiful. This experience helped me see my own resilience more clearly, and I left feeling grounded, hopeful, and inspired to continue embracing every part of who I am. A beautiful and memorable time spent with my team! Thank you Kintsugi Art Studio. Thank you Nilo ā¤ļø

Booked a couple’s workshop to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We really enjoyed the workshop and the concept of Kintsugi was particularly meaningful to us as we celebrate this milestone. Had a great time during the workshop by Nilo and it was a really fun experience! Highly recommended!
