In our recent project, we enhanced visibility and security at an industrial site. Here’s a summary of the work:
New Lighting Circuit: We set up a new circuit from the three-phase distribution board to improve site lighting.
Smart Control System: Installed a controller with a digital time clock and an external photocell for automatic light adjustments.
Tailored Programming: Customised the time clock to match the customer’s preferences for specific lighting requirements.
Infrastructure Enhancement: Provided 100m of electrical ducting to support future expansions and ensure a solid lighting foundation.
Lighting Columns: Supplied two 6m columns with mounting space for cameras and additional lights. Each column has two 100w LED floodlights for improved visibility.
Convenient Service Cut-Outs: Installed service cut-outs at the base of each column for easy maintenance and minimal downtime.
Data Connectivity: Installed Cat5 duct-grade data cable in the ducting for future data needs, ensuring seamless integration.
Our goal was to enhance safety and efficiency at this commercial site without disrupting operations, and we achieved it successfully.
