These guys did a great job on my truck. They were really polite, fair on the price, and didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. The work was solid and they got me back on the road without any hassle. Hard to find a shop that’s honest and easy to deal with, but this one definitely is. I’ll be back if I ever need more repairs.

Scammers, came here yesterday tonight, ask them do you have orings, they said yes and actually they didn’t, and when I ask to put back the oil leak was too much, and I stuck with my asap load till 10am morning. You know what? He change small oring for oil filter which is cost 5$ and spend 20 minute total, and charge 425$ with stuck here. Scammers!!

To be honest this guys deserve 10+ stars! My engine mount bracket bolts broke and whole one side of the engine dropped and broke the engine fan radiator couple coolant hoses, I call to this guys they come right away and towed my truck to their shop, and they fixed with in one day everything! They work very clean, every part they change they make sure everything fits correctly and they clean everything from old parts like old gaskets or anything like that, They are professionals and super friendly people work here Prices are fair!!! Definitely recommend this shop! Thank you Kins again

They both did a very excellent job. Gerardo was very professional in the work that he did and Lidia was very nice and courteous in her mannerisms when talking to get payment. Overall score 10 out of 10. I was very happy last night.

Starter died on the fuel island at the space age truck stop in Hermiston, OR, called other places with no success then I found kings and they came just shy of a hour and was able to get my truck started and then followed him back to the shop and then he swapped out my starter and got me going within 2 hours total time down was around 3 hrs and cost was not too bad as well with a road call out as well. Will definitely use them again.

Great place they do great work I had my fan clutch replaced here and the new one was bad so we had to pull it back off and go buy another the helped me out on the hourly rate due to the fan not working properly I would recommend them to anyone in the area with any issues with the semi truck or trails and even cars and suvs they do it all thank you for the help and gettin me back on the road safe

I was in a difficult situation. First they got it wrong, made me miss my connection. Then when I needed to alter my drop location they wanted to double the price. Which was unreasonable. Driver was great, dispatch was lacking.

I've used KINGS and Miguel for hydraulic, air tank, air line and lighting issues for the past two years. Miguel has been my main man to get all of my issues fixed and addressed in a timely manner. I have been stuck over the weekend here in Umatilla, OR, I texted Miguel to tell him what's going on and even though my company called someone else, Miguel took time out of his own schedule to come check on me and he took me out to dinner. Great company and they have an awesome employees that take the extra time to help a truck driver out. I will always recommend KINGS and Miguel to my company or any other company that needs work done.

Nice folks to work with and they jumped right onto my issues. Unfortunately, they could not fix the problem like the authorized Carrier repair at Utility Trailer in Boise, ID. I had asked for a complete fuel line to be replaced from the tank to the reefer due to leaks. When I got down the road I found more leaks in the line due to quick-connect couplers that were in our brand-new line. We ended up being late for the delivery, violating my hour of service to reach the emergency repair location and not keeping the product we were shipping at the desired temperature. We paid our bills with their shop. Overpaid $540 for what Loves had charged $130 previously. Not to mention the fuel line replacement cost that was wasted when it had to be redone. I politely reached out to the staff about these issues and sent proof of the work done later, but have yet to hear back. We like to keep good working relations with our partners on the road and continue business at a later date. Hopefully, we come to a resolution and not just feel like we got burned. Update: King's Owner Alex reached out to me to offer a refund and set things right👍 Review edit coming. As of 1/24/24, we received no refund. Certified Carrier techs at Utility Trailer in Boise, ID. Showed me that the line was never replaced, only new couplers were installed at the breaks in the line. The Utility tech installed a new line, replaced fuel/ air filters, and performed an annual PM. in under 2 hours. I did have a great time fishing on the Columbia while I dealt with fuel leaks for 4 days! As of 2/6/24 Alex from the shop sent a full refund. Way to keep make amends when mistakes are made. Earning customers is harder than keeping them.

A family run shop. The service was great.Did a very prompt and proper repair job to my trailer.would definitely return to this shop for future repairs.
