We were waiting for 2 hours for another company to get our car. Called King’s Towing and he said it would be about 45 minutes to get the truck. He was here in about 20-30 minutes with our car. Super cool guy! HIGHLY recommend. 👏🏻

The service was excellent and didn’t take long. Very professional and took good care of my car. I highly recommend this tow company if you on the Olive Branch/Memphis area.

I called King Towing this morning at 8 am right away. He said it will be about 10 o’clock and he showed up and he got my truck there. I paid them when he arrived, I left the keys with them and everything went smooth. I recommend him to everyone that’s out there looking for a tow truck service.

This was, by far, the best towing service I've ever dealt with. Although I've not needed service often, this was a great one to remember. I recently had to call King's Towing and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the experience was. From the moment I contacted them, their dispatcher was clear, professional, and reassuring. The driver arrived quicker than expected, was courteous, and handled my vehicle with care.

Called the number. "Kings towing"... Asked how much it would be to have a tow. "Where to?" Gave the person that answered the information. The person that answered then stayed silent for about 10 seconds. I asked if he was still there. He mumbled something. Another 5 seconds pass and he hangs up. 0-10 on customer service. (The tow was within 15 miles point to point. Olive Branch to East Memphis.)

Came to town our car that was barley stuck in mud, kept telling him he couldn’t tow it from the direction he was but he kept saying “I know what I’m doing etc” with a attitude. He pulled the car into a ditch and got it 10x more stuck. After we kept telling him he can’t pull it how he was doing it. I had to hop into the drivers seat and push trees out of the way and messed my hand up bc he wouldn’t stop pulling it while we where yelling to stop. He caused damages to the car as well. Then he just left with out saying anything and left the car in an even worse stuck position in a flooding ditch. Do not use his services dude has no idea what he’s doing.

This is the best towing service I have had. He got the job done as quickly as possible and had great professional work ethic. I recommend this tow service to anybody who need service ASAP he know his job and what is expected
