Called him up, he immediately drove an hour from Elko to Wells and fixed our pickup truck within 20 minutes. He even checked up with us the next morning to make sure we completed the rest of our road trip with no issues

Great service! We needed help getting an older van running because it wouldn’t start. Joe diagnosed, helped order affordable parts, then came and fixed the issue within two hours and the van is running great now. He was very professional and I would recommend King’s for any mechanic needs!

Broke down halfway through a 1500 mile trip, pulling four horses in a trailer. Joe came and diagnosed the problem, made the repairs for us, on a holiday weekend. We were back on the road and made it home safely the next day. He was super conscientious to make sure that everything was repaired and we were good to go. Would definitely recommend his service any day.

My engine light came on as I was almost to Elko, after just having picked it up from being serviced the day before, with a 2,000 mile roadtrip ahead of me. Joe responded quickly to my initial attempt to connect, then basically saved the day, week, month..... He got me back on the road the next day, was so helpful, informative and reasonably priced for all he did. Highly recommend. Thanks Joe!

While driving from Central California North Dakota, are car broke down in Elko NA. We didn’t know what to do and came across Joe’s phone number Sunday morning. Joe came out exactly when he said he would, and helped us rebuild the oil cooler and thermostat on our jeep. Joe was one hell of a lifesaver. I would highly recommend him to anybody passing through. Joe is the Man! I thank the Lord for his help and the opportunity to meet him.

Joe came out today to look at my 2015 Duramax for alternator issues. Quoted me 200.00 for diagnosing the issue and 500.00 to replace 2 alternators. Replaced 1 alternator with a new one that was bad, he replaced the new bad alternator with the existing alternator. Did not have a diagnostic machine, did not find the issue and wanted the 700.00 he quoted, after telling him as an electrician I don’t get paid unless I fix the problem. I gave him 400.00 for his time and the problem was not fixed. First time I’ve written a review, be careful hiring him!

This guy is ridiculous. He has an attitude and honestly he smokes weed on the job. anyways, I got another guy coming in. Sounds more professional doesn’t have an attitude when I’m calling him there and straight up. Thought he was gonna hang up on my face. I think he actually made my engine worse with what he did he put something in my engine and I should’ve just left it alone now we’re having to spend two grand to get the whole thing opened up and replace whatever is wrong. I gotta replace the head gasket no telling what else he’s done. please avoid this character at all costs. My family has money so I’m OK we’ll get it fixed but don’t use them. Please just don’t use them. so this fella just replied I deleted the review and now I’m gonna tell you the truth. I was truthful we have this other Mechanic looking at the engine right now. He put that crap in my engine and it messed everything up. We have to replace the pump we have to replace the head. We have to replace the radiator and I can send you the proof. This person should not be a mechanic. He should be shut down and his replies to his reviews is untruthful. He just lied through teeth. He destroyed my engine and we’re paying for it. Stay away from this person. And if you lie again, Mechanic, I will begin charges on you because you owe me money. update we just had to spend money to replace the entire. i’m getting a whole new engine in my truck because of this man I told my mother to go ahead and press charges so we can go ahead and get that paid off so she might be pressing charges on this man you need to definitely stay away from this man. We’re spending a crap load of money to get a whole new engine installed because of his idea with this liquid so he will probably be in court with my mother here soon I would strongly recommend staying away from this man. since you continue to lie in everything, I’m gonna go ahead and send my lawyer to you dude you gave no good advice. You’re a bad Mechanic. You need to stop lying on here now I’m gonna press charges on you. Be seeing you soon.

Joe was an excellent choice of mechanics. He showed up at my own home exactly when he told me he would, was professional and polite. He had my problem figured out for me in less than 10 minutes, and was even fully prepared to replace my fuel pump for me were I not capable myself even though he was only called for a diagnosis. I will highly recommend him to anyone in need of a good, helpful mechanic.

Your best choice is this guy if you are stranded in that nasty desert! I'll take a moment and share my experience with joe the 22nd of this month. I was heading home to Salt Lake from Sacramento in my 83 Airstream motorhome. Lost not only my alternator voltage but my water pump failed 30 miles out of elko. Good Sam wouldn't tow. Go figure. Joe showed up..promptly..assessed the situation and surprised me greatly by saying he'd tackle the job on the side of highway 80. This entails removing the entire front end of my coach. I helped, 9 hours nonstop he worked checking and rechecking his work. When finished it made the trip home flawlessly. What he charged was seriously less by 3 times what a shop would have. He saved me 3 possibly 4 days of being stranded. Not only did I buy him dinner for his exceptional work and humor..he's welcome at my place any time he's in Salt Lake city. FYI..I personally have extensive mechanical background myself. I build and race cars as a hobby. I know a good mechanic when I see and listen to one. Joe's not only good , but undeterred at fixing the problem at hand.. he had his hands full with my Beast. If possible I'd GLADLY give a 10 🌟 rating. Thanks Joe !
