Kingman Septic Pumping, LLC

BEWARE of hidden fees. After we were given an invoice and signed it, Kingman septic added an undisclosed credit card fee. Also, we did not pay with a credit card, paid with a debit card. I called and Jamie, receptionist and CFO who said, "oh maybe i forgot to tell you about the fee". After discussing this with Jamie, she said she DID tell me about the fee. It just so happens that my phone records every call . She did not tell us verbally and the required notification on the signed invoice (financial document) does not show it. The invoice is an old style carbon paper type and both parties handwriting is almost illegible. I used them 5 year ago and both times the service was great. I will update if they refund the money.

I have always used kingman septic. I loved thier service. Always great friendly guys. Until today. Me nor my friend were home. I did miss his call. My child has been missing so we were dealing with that. Apparently they spoke to someone who don't even live here about payment. He supposedly went into My house ( still no clue who it was). Then the lady claims they have had trouble getting payment from me in the past. 100% not true I paid in cash every time the guys were here. Even gave them drinks for thier hard work. Always nice people. I am disappointed in the lies coming from this company. It's sad because I liked them and recommend them to everyone. Not anymore. I PERSONALLY PAID THE GENTLEMAN WHO CAME TO MY HOME EVERY TIME. NOT ONCE DID I NOT HAVE THE MONEY!!!!

Zach and Clarence just did our tank. I could not have had a better experience. They were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I have had some terrible services with this before, but this one was most excellent. Definitely will be a return customer. Thank you!!!!

They came out to dump my septic tanks. We had dug up and had lid off one when they arrived. But one lid was stuck they said they could get lid off the other but couldnt. Was told by them they had to go but if we got the lid off they would come back and complete the job my 18 year old son came up with idea to use engine hoist to get lid open so as they were pulling away the lid came off. They were looking jn review mirror as my kid tried stopping them. Called the phone number repeatedly and left messages to get the service I paid for and what they said they would do. No response. Wont be recommending their service to anyone.

Great experience - Not only did they come out the same day I called, they were able to locate the septic tank (I had no idea where it was) quickly, cleaned out the tank, and were very professional. Will definitely be my go-to in the future for septic system maintenance/needs. Thank you!

Being in Seligman it was great we got such fast service. Josh and Russell are nice guys and got right to work. We are very happy.

Came out Saturday here 3 or 4 hours. Guy could not find septic. Gave him specs with exact measurements from county permit. Where tank was located. Still could not find it. Dug several holes only foot deep. We told him septic was down 3 plus feet. He left saying he'd be back Sunday around 7 am. Didn't show up until 9:00. By 10:30 they still could not find septic. After digging more holes. I Called another company and sent Kingman septic on there way. Guys that came out were very nice and polite but seemed not to know what they were doing. There work was unprofessional very disturbing to say the least.
