I had such a great experience with King of Hybrid Auto Repair and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Their knowledge and attention to detail really stood out to me. In some ways, I feel like the quality of work was even better than what I’ve experienced at a Tesla service center. They fixed the AC blower motor on my 2017 Tesla Model S and it made a huge difference right away. Everything was done efficiently and professionally, and they kept me informed the entire time. I also really appreciated that they use OEM Tesla parts because it gave me peace of mind knowing the repair was done the right way. What I loved most was how transparent they are. They use a system that texts you updates and actually shows you the parts that need attention, so you can see exactly what’s going on with your car. It made me feel comfortable and confident that they were being honest and not trying to get over on me. On top of that, they took the time to provide me with a maintenance plan so I can keep my car in the best shape possible. This shop is the best place I’ve found for Prius service and hybrid repair in the IE. They’ve done an engine tune-up, oil changes, and other work on my Prius, and they’re consistently honest. They’ve even told me when an issue was just a disconnected hose instead of something bigger, which I really appreciate. Pricing is fair, the work is done quickly, and they clearly know Toyota hybrids inside and out. I trust them far more than the dealership at this point. If you own a Toyota Prius or any hybrid, I highly recommend this shop. Knowledgeable, transparent, and dependable.
