Dr.Lori & her entire staff are the most professional and compassionate folks I've met over the past 18 years of my dogs life. They went beyond the call of duty, and are an absolute God send. The facility is very nice, clean & comfortable. Their refreshments were very much appreciated but more importantly the entire staff was so courteous and supportive. From my inital call with Jenny, to all of the vet technicians support, Dr.Lori's exam & assessment. And although unfortunate, their combined support concerning my senior dogs aftercare arrangements. Which they also did compassionately. I'm forever grateful to them and encourage everyone to entrust them, because they've certainly earned ours.

My dog needed urgent care I brought him in with a severe bowel issue. He needed immediate service. All the staff here is very attentive, very kind, and most of all patient. I appreciate all the service from Dr. Nichols, senior vet tech Brittany, vet tech Kayla, and front desk Jessie. If you have any issues with your pet and need immediate assistance call KINDVET! they will treat you right!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Lori Nichols, Terrie, Vet Tech, and Jenny at the front desk. They took such gentle and attentive care of my sweet Mimi when she was struggling with an earache. From the moment we arrived, they treated Mimi like family — calm voices, kind hands, and so much patience. Dr. Nichols explained everything clearly, with genuine compassion and expertise, and Terrie went above and beyond to make Mimi feel comfortable and safe. Terrie even gave Mimi a blanket to sit on as she was having balance problems from her earache. And I have to mention Jenny, who greeted us with the warmest smile and was the kindest, sweetest person in our time of need. She truly made a stressful visit feel calm and supported. You can tell this entire team loves what they do and truly cares about every animal that comes through their doors. Mimi is feeling so much better thanks to their exceptional care, and I’m beyond grateful to have found such a trustworthy and loving veterinary team. Beautiful and clean vet office. I was able to get in with my kitty in one day, to assist with her urinary tract concerns. Jenny, the assistant was so kind and sweet. They have an amazing Cat room, so I could stay in the room with my kitty. Kayla was also awesome taking her vitals. Dr. Nichols is very friendly and very helpful with taking care of my little girl today. Highly recommend.

From the moment I called and spoke with Jenny I felt at ease. She was so pleasant and cheerful on the other side of the line when I of course had called, I'm sure like most, under distress for my fur baby. I thought, wow!, she is so happy and pleasant and it made my anxiousness and stress a bit calmer thinking this seems like a place that cares. My mind didn't change when we arrived. Everyone was so kind and loving towards my dog. That made me feel at ease. I had questions and they didn't hesitate to answer and make me feel heard. They understood I love my dog and understood my situation and took great care of us. It was truly a pleasure. The office was super clean and fresh feeling, ample parking and easy to locate. I needed to use my care credit and Jenny had it looked up in no time! I truly appreciate the time they took for my family and I and I look forward to finding a solution to getting my fur baby back to better health! Thank you ladies!!!

In Sarasota for a funeral and Chloe started vomiting and stopped eating. It was a blessing to find a vet on Sunday! Pricing is MUCH higher than we are accustomed to, but they were straightforward with what things would cost, and we could decline what we didn’t want done. Overall they were kind and caring, and hopefully this will help our baby feel better.

I had a wonderful experience with Kind Vet of Sarasota. The team was kind, efficient, and provided excellent care for my big guy. They made everything smooth and stress-free, and I could tell they truly cared about his well-being. Highly recommend!

My dog was seen at Kind Vet by Dr. Lori Nichols as an urgent care patient. I totally trust her as a diagnostician. Her evaluation and estimate of treatment was detailed and transparent so there were no surprises. Jenny, the receptionist, was especially helpful in obtaining a payment plan and assisting me with whatever I needed. The entire staff is very caring and competent. I will always bring my animals back to Kind Vet. They are exceptional. Thank you, Kind Vet, for helping my dog.

My 12 yr old cat, Tinky, received the best care at KindVet with Dr. Nichols and her vet tech, Brittany. Jessica was an absolute sweetheart on the phone. She got us scheduled same day, and promptly put us into a private room when we arrived, which was nice to be able to let Tinky out of her travel bag. The rooms are impeccably clean. It was nice to have a window with a window seat for Tinky to lizard and people watch. The staff and Dr. Nichols were wonderful. They were so gentle, sweet, and loving with Tinky. You can tell that every staff member loves animals and has a strong passion to help them. I am so thankful to have found KindVet. What a wonderful experience, especially during a time of uncertainty and worry. You all are awesome.
