I was very pleased with the quick response and service from all of the representatives from Kindred Plumbing & Heating. John came out the very first day shortly after we called with no heat as I had recently purchased the home in Belt, MT. He spent the entire day assessing the needs that should be updated to have the most efficient system for our new home. He and other technicians were out here for 3 days upgrading the heat system as needed and installed central air for next summer. They were all very professional and hard workers and completed the job in a timely manner. They were all very professional and friendly. Thank you Kindred Crew from the Johnsons

Great company and employees. I do not hesitate to recommend them for all plumbing services. Doug and Kevin recently installed a walk in shower, beautiful. Val an Brittany were outstanding to work with. It took a lot of time as it was a VA adaptation, they as well as Doug seen it all finally get done. A year ago Kevin replaced my sump pump, quickly and professionally. Being senior disabled Veteran I sure appreciate all their help. Quality

I don’t very often write reviews but in this case I will make an exception. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago to address a very slow leak under our 5 year old home. The appointment was for today. We’ve confirmed that appointment twice via email at Kindreds request. We’ve been waiting all day for the plumber because Kindred can’t tell you what time they will arrive, just the day. I just received a call to inform us the appointment was cancelled. Kindred wants to reschedule us for two weeks from today. When I asked why, I was told that they had “bigger jobs that were already sold”. I was blown away by what I consider some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Literally a last minute cancellation for a leaking pipe and now the next availability is two more weeks. I was told there was no management I could talk to and I’m left praying this leak stays small so we don’t have a catastrophic failure in the next two weeks. Beware Great Falls. Kindred Plumbing is not a company you can depend on.

The office staff is very polite and always friendly. The technician that came out to my house was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about his job. I would highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing and heating issues that you may have.

Customer Service is incredible. At the first visit they agreed with other plumbers that I had a huge issue- thousands to fix. However, I explained my doubts and questions. Kindred listened and understood my concerns and agreed to come back out and look at the issue again, it indeed turned out to be a simple blockage in a rather interesting and confusing home modification made before I bought the property. Great company, fantastic team.

Dontae and Albert came on time - discovered that our old garbage disposal was leaking (plumbers are good at finding water} sold & installed a new one and installed our RO faucet - which was the original purpose of the appointment - cleaned everything up and ventured on to the next water problem. Try to get the east neighbor with Russian Olive trees to let you trim a few branches so drivers on 8th Ave can see all of your sign - these trees make a great frame for the sign - just a little trimming!

Highly recommend technician Doug Mills from Kindred Plumbing in Great Falls. He has been our technician a few times now (snaking sewer line and fixed diverter valve/ tub faucet). Each time we have had a great experience. He’s always kind, professional, respectful and easy to communicate with. When a part didn’t fit as expected, Doug quickly came up with a solution and got the job done without delay. His resourcefulness really stood out. Doug went above and beyond — he is a huge asset to the team. It’s noticeable he genuinely cares about the quality of his work. Very happy with Kindred and highly recommend them. They even service Fort Benton. Anyways, thanks, Doug!

I have been using Kindred Plumbing for quite a few years. I have always appreciated their professionalism, recommendations when I wasn't sure what to do, and a job well done. When I say that this is the place for all your plumbing needs, I mean it. They quickly identified my issues and were able to come behind other technicians at other companies here in Great Falls that couldn’t fix the job. Ultimately they had to swap the entire water heater and they did it incredibly fast before the holidays and it runs so much smoother. My experience was fantastic, truly. The whole team was phenomenal and Doug the technician overseeing the process is one to rely on. Thank you Kindred plumbing!

I highly recommend these guys. After putting up with roots in the mainline for years the Kindred team came in and performed a "Pipe Burst". No more root problems!
