Kinder Safe Pest Solutions

Kinder Safe does a great job, they have done our quarterly service for a few years and were able to get our bugs under control. They also used products that were safer for dogs which was important to us. The employees have all been super nice and attentive.

Used Kinder for the first of what we hoped would be many quarterly visits in the future. This visit wasn’t thorough and was completed in 15-20 minutes for a 4-bedroom home inside and out. Felt too fast and things were missed. The morning after the visit we found an active wasp nest on the side of our house. We also found two dead wasps nests on the ground, with one by the front door (not great). This company doesn’t pick up and dispose of the nests. The positive here was they came out the next morning (2 days post visit) and picked all of these up. It was great they came, however, we weren’t alerted with ample time nor did we confirm when to come back. They called and texted at 6:45am and showed up at 7:15am. I hadn’t checked my phone but happened to be awake and out front walking our dog. They really should have communicated this the night before a 7:15am visit. We have also found many ants running out of the sink in one bathroom since they visited. We don’t plan to use them again.

Very nice young man, well mannered and friendly. He explained simply all that needed to be done. Answered our questions and concerns. Explained the product he was using and how to secure it and apply it for future treatments so as to save us(retired couple) some money. All around good experience with our bug problem. Highly recommend.

Our technician, Kelley, was outstanding. Extremely thorough and professional. Would love to have her every time.
