Our heater went out right as a cold front and snow came through. Was able to schedule a same day appointment first thing in the morning. The tech they sent, Gavin, was great! He was able to quickly identify the issue and recommend a solution to get heat turned back on. Appreciate their quick response.

Gavin was awesome! We've had Paschal come do our annual maintenance and it always seemed like they were trying to sell us into upgrading everything. Kinder, on the other hand, focused on the actual work and not trying to sell us stuff. He seemed very thorough and even fixed a setting on our furnace that was set to natural gas instead of propane gas, hoping to increase efficiency in use of our gas to heat up our home. We've used Kinder in previous years past and I think we'll be sticking with them from now on!

The technician, Gavin, was thorough, professional and friendly. Making sure my furniture was replaced after diagnosing the problem with our mini-split. Edit: there were a few snags with Samsung and their warrenty red tape we'll call it. However; Kinder HVAC kept at it returning to my home several times to ensure we had heat. Gavin and Justin provided patient and quality work to resolve any issues. Audie of customer service kept on it as well. The heat and air is restored and my initial estimate held in spite of much extra manpower employed.
