Kinder Heating and Air

I've used Kinder Heating and Air for nearly 9 years. They've been servicing my HVAC twice a year during that time, and I've only had minor repairs. I believe this is a valid indication that they're taking good care of my 2009 system. The tech who's been doing my service, Justin Berry, is very sharp, professional, and competent.

Joe did a great job getting my furnace back running. In 25 minutes he had diagnosed, and fixed the issue that was keeping my unit from running. Highly recommend Joe and Kinder.

Justin and Joe came out to visit to address two different issues. Both were an incredible help and solved both problems we were dealing with. The office staff is also wonderful and made sure we were taken care of with these issues being pretty urgent (ceiling caving in from a leak and a leak in the wall starting to flood under the carpet!). Would highly recommend to anyone that wants caring, knowledgeable help from a company that will actually respond and charge you more than fairly. We also signed up for the Kinder Club maintenance membership and take a LOT of comfort knowing our system will be routinely maintained and looked after by this team.

Thank you Justin! You were very professional, polite, & kept us informed about what happened to our unit & the pricing questions we had about it. It was a rough few days due to the July 4th holiday, but the parts arrived & you were here & done in just a matter of hours. We were impressed!

Kinder came out quickly to look at our unit and was even quicker to tell us we needed a new unit. We had a different company come out for a second opinion and turns out we just needed a new capacitor that was wired CORRECTLY. Yes, the Kinder tech wired the capacitor wrong. Another $100 was spent on a second opinion, but it saved us $10,000.

The team did an outstanding job with the installation of our new HVAC unit. They knew what was required of the installation, explained the complete process, kept us informed of each sectional progress, answered all questions and had us inspect everything when they finished the installation. The team was extremely task oriented and very dedicated to the task at hand.

Gavin came out and found the problem right away and fixed it. He was personable, courteous, knowledgeable, and he also took the time to educate on what was happening with our HVAC. We also decided to get their seasonal maintenance.

We have used Kinder’s services over a 5 year period. First to fix our old unit, then a purchase and installation of a new unit and services in between. Every experience has been wonderful. They are prompt and reliable. The owner, Don even came out on a weekend when our old unit broke to help us temporarily fix it until other parts came in. I would choose them over a large company any day!
