Kimuraya Authentic Japanese Restaurant - 4th Branch Creek

After the concert, we headed straight to Kimuraya at the Sheraton branch—our trusted post-event spot and once again, they didn’t disappoint. The food was absolutely worth it, as always. It’s our go-to restaurant every time we have an event, and it never fails us. We especially loved the wagyu and the grilled seafoods; both were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. A special mention goes to Iris, who was superb and incredibly attentive from start to finish. Her service made the experience even better and more memorable. Kimuraya continues to be a reliable favorite, and this visit just proved why we keep coming back.

The beef was the star of the day—
tempura was a standout for its light, crisp batter. 
The sushi and sashimi were impressively fresh, with a clean taste that reflects high-quality fish. The sashimi slices were generous, while the sushi was expertly crafted with perfectly seasoned rice. Each piece felt balanced, elegant, and truly satisfying. Overall Experience

If you’re looking for a strong Japanese dining option in Dubai with good authenticity specially for wagyu , hot-pot, or BBQ and like the idea of a more expansive menu than just sushi, Kimura-ya at Creek is a good choice. The key strengths are affordable but excellent meat quality and a japanese vibe atmosphere. Kudos to Irish for friendly service 🥳😊

It was our first time at Kimuraya Dubai Creek, and we were honestly impressed. The vibe is relaxed but still feels upscale, and the food was incredible fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A big shout-out to Allison, Regine, Ga, and Harry for making our first visit so memorable. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome from start to finish. If you’re looking for amazing Japanese food, great service, Kimuraya is definitely worth checking out. We’ll be back for sure.

Had an amazing dining experience at Kimuraya Creek! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — especially the sushi and the wagyu, which were just perfect. A special shoutout to Isabelle, our server, who truly made the evening exceptional. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the entire meal. It’s rare to find such great service paired with incredible food. I had previously visited Kimuraya at the Sheraton Hotel and left with a very positive impression.The atmosphere was nice the food was enjoyable and the service was attentive.Because of that good memory we decided to return tonight with high expectations. Unfortunately this visit turned out to be the complete opposite of what I had experienced before.The quality of the food was the first major disappointment.The meat was served cold chewy and carried an unpleasant smell.The menu we selected was advertised as unlimited yet the staff rarely approached our table to take additional orders.Instead we had to call out to get their attention, which made the experience frustrating.The meat was supposed to be cooked over charcoal but it was obvious it wasn’t.The flavor lacked authenticity and it didn’t taste fresh at all. We also ordered shrimp tempura which was another letdown. The batter was not cooked properly soft and raw from the inside making it unappetizing and poorly executed. Even something as simple as the salad was disappointing; the lettuce was soaked with water as if it hadn’t been dried before serving.Overall what was once an enjoyable dining spot turned into a very disappointing evening. The service felt inattentive, the food did not meet even basic standards and the value was simply not there. I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously, because the restaurant has potential, but right now, the quality and care need urgent improvement.

The food was superb, full of fresh flavors and real Japanese quality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine Japanese cuisine and excellent service. I’ll definitely be back!

Had a very nice experience in Kimuraya. The food was great. The sushi, wagyu, side dishes, and the drinks were all exceptional. The service when it comes to the wagyu, we needed to follow up our order for them to serve it to us but its all good. Overall thanks to Ms Isabel for being our host, she also gave us the chance to try natto for the first time. Thanks for the wonderful food and service.
