I first met Alex in 2019 when my current security provider was unable to fix my Aiphone entrance camera. I found him on line thru a search. He diagnosed the problem and provided a temp fix and permanent repair. We connected well. I had always wanted perimeter cameras so I decided to give Kima a try. I followed Alex’s recommendation and ordered 6 security cameras, recorder, monitor etc. Alex installed everything including running the cables which was no small feat. Alex also got me remote control of my security alarms. I have now been using the cameras for 3 years and Alex has been prompt in diagnosing problems and providing a fix. I highly recommend Alex and Kima for anyone needing security systems/cameras or monitoring services. And above all his prices are fair.

Update 10/30/2023: Kima Security (Alex) continues to impress me with their excellent after sales/installation support. I recently had a need to export a video clip from my recorder. After several failed attempts on my part, I contacted Alex. He responded very, very quickly. After providing him with the specifics of my requirement he took ownership of the task remotely. He created the clip video and provided me with the information to be able to save and view the video clip on my PC and iPad. A few months ago one of my cameras began to show lines on the screen. He came out diagnosed the issue and replaced the camera with a new one within a few days. So even after seven years, Alex has continued to prove support to me for my equipment. Alex is the best example of what all business owners should aspire to be like, and I would recommend him with any reservations. Original Post 11/28/2022 In 2018 I decided to install a home security camera system in my home. After doing some research Alex, Kima Security was recommended to me. During the installation Alex was always prompt, professional and his workmanship was second to none. Over time, our modems and internet service providers have changed which affected the local and remote camera settings on our iPads and iPhones. Each time this occurred Alex would promptly make the necessary modifications to my modem/camera settings. I would highly recommend Alex, Kima Security for any of your security equipment and installation needs.

Alex did an amazing job installing our security system. During the installation process he discovered that there was a problem with our internet speed (something that we had our internet provider service multiple times) found the root cause and repaired it. Alex is a great guy, and super knowledgeable in his field. I had an alarm and cameras installed. His after installation service is fantastic, when I get a new cell phone, I can always call him and he helps me put the app on my phone for the cameras. He also has a pretty good sense of humor!
