We worked with Kim Walker for about eight years. She’s one of the most patient people that I’ve ever met. Always answers my phone calls, Emails and text. Kim is always eager to help us with all of Questions. She knows the area extremely well and really listens to what you’re looking for. It took a little bit to finding the right house, but Kim always was patient to make sure we made the right purchase. We couldn’t have done it without her. She truly made our dreams come true. If I could rate her a 10 star, I would. I appreciate everything she has done for us. I highly recommend Kim Walker for your Realtor. How did we choose Kim? I saw her many years of experience and positive reviews. When I reached out to her, she promptly replied and was easy to reach at all times. She provided several homes on the market to tour, and we found one that we fell in love with! During the negotiation and contracting process, Kim was just a text or a phone call away at all times: weekends, holidays, even during her own vacation! She made a stressful process as easy as it could be, and answered all our questions promptly. She recommended lenders and worked seamlessly with the title company. We closed quickly, but the seller needed to stay in the property a few months to finish their new-build home. Even after the purchase, Kim continued to work with the seller's agent to coordinate last-minute details, move out/move in dates and more until our possession. We had many questions for the seller at this time and Kim helped us get prompt answers. Besides her amazing service, my favorite thing about Kim is her sunny attitude and grace. She's friendly and upbeat, and can help you overcome any obstacles that you may encounter. I can’t say enough good things about this realtor. We originally called her as she was the agent representing a house we wanted to see. Even though that was not the house for us, Kim listened to our wants and needs and found several other homes to show us. She stayed in constant contact with us and was diligent in her homework (we had to find out info on certain restrictions/deeds in every house we looked at). Kim even recommended some creative contract offers and options that ultimately led us to get our dream home! I highly recommend her as your real estate agent- you won’t regret it!
