My most recent purchase was not in an area Kim normally works, but he drove an hour + many times to walk through houses with my wife and I. To say that Kim Goodrick went above and beyond would truly be an understatement. Kim was able to negotiate the sale of a house for a 90 year old widow (I am the designated POA), which proved to be a challenge at many points in the process. He was able to navigate this process with professionalism while demonstrating immense patience and understanding for our situation. From the first contact we found him to have a personable approach. After assessing the property he listened to our concerns and prioritized our needs and goals.
