Kim is a fantastic and honest individual. I have purchased two homes and also selling a home. All with Kim as my agent. All handled professionally, ethically and efficiently. My most recent purchase was not in an area Kim normally works, but he drove an hour + many times to walk through houses with my wife and I. He adjusted his schedule to make sure he was available when we needed him. A+ guy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
