KidZdent, located in Old Bridge, NJ, has been serving families in the Monmouth & Middlesex county area for over 25 years! Our number one priority was to build a unique practice & provide family-focused dental care for everyone. KidZdent has been compared to a ‘Disneyland of Dentistry’ by some of our most long-standing & faithful patients.
From 1 year old through adulthood, our patients are guided on their dental journey. Pediatric dentistry, orthodontics for children/adults, & special needs dental care are all supported by our professionally-trained specialists inside of our state-of-the-art building. Our facility is highly equipped w/ the most advanced technology & delivers a fun atmosphere to ensure every child’s comfort and delight.

I love and my kids love kidzdent! We have been coming here for several years since my kids were 2. The doctors and hygienists are amazing. They are great with kids, are very thorough, up to date on technology/ treatments, and always take the time to explain and answer all questions. The front desk staff is always nice and helpful. Always recommend everyone to come here. Thank you so much for everything!

We have had such a wonderful experience at Kidzdent with Dr. Lirie Cekalniku, DMD. She has been incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate in her care. What truly stood out to me was her guidance in recommending Oral Myofunctional Therapy before moving forward with any lip or tongue tie procedures. Instead of rushing into surgery, she took the time to explain all options and focus on the least invasive, most supportive approach first. That meant so much to me as a parent.
Dr. Cekalniku is also absolutely amazing with children on the spectrum. Her patience, gentle demeanor, and understanding nature made my child feel safe and comfortable. She meets children where they are and truly knows how to connect with them.
I’m so grateful for her expertise, honesty, and the way she genuinely cares about her patients. Highly recommend her and the Kidzdent team!
