I love and my kids love kidzdent! We have been coming here for several years since my kids were 2. The doctors and hygienists are amazing. They are great with kids, are very thorough, up to date on technology/ treatments, and always take the time to explain and answer all questions. The front desk staff is always nice and helpful. Always recommend everyone to come here. Thank you so much for everything!

We have had such a wonderful experience at Kidzdent with Dr. Lirie Cekalniku, DMD. She has been incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate in her care. What truly stood out to me was her guidance in recommending Oral Myofunctional Therapy before moving forward with any lip or tongue tie procedures. Instead of rushing into surgery, she took the time to explain all options and focus on the least invasive, most supportive approach first. That meant so much to me as a parent. Dr. Cekalniku is also absolutely amazing with children on the spectrum. Her patience, gentle demeanor, and understanding nature made my child feel safe and comfortable. She meets children where they are and truly knows how to connect with them. I’m so grateful for her expertise, honesty, and the way she genuinely cares about her patients. Highly recommend her and the Kidzdent team!

This is my second time with Dr. Lirie & the Kidzdent staff. I had my daughter back in November & when we were in the hospital & did our initial visits with our own pediatrician, all 3 pediatricians (2 different ones in the hospital & our own pediatrician) told us that our daughter was tongue tied. We knew exactly where to go! Dr. Lirie released my son's tongue tie in 2024 and did such a wonderful job and was so thorough we knew exactly where to go back.( I was a very nervous first time mom at the time mind you, and she was so calm and listened to all my concerns and made sure I as a parent was comfortable with what was happening and made sure I understood everything before we moved forward). Dr. Lirie and her team show you exactly where the ties are, explain how the release can help improve your child's latch, eating, and overall well being with tension in their body and explain exactly how the procedure works. Every child is different and she designs a plan to best help each child. My son's was totally different than my daughter's and once again she made sure I understood exactly where the problem was, answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable before moving forward. As a parent you want the best care for your child & want someone who is knowledgeable, caring, thorough and passionate about their work- Dr. Lirie is all of those things. If your child has a tongue tie I recommend taking them to see Dr. Lirie- she will walk you through the process ,put your mind at ease, and will take the BEST care of your child. She truly is the best!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Cekalniku for my oral care for a couple of years now and truly appreciate how kind and clear she is about treatment and prevention. She does an amazing job explaining different treatment options and preventative measures, so I always feel confident in my next steps. I never feel rushed and always leave knowing how to maintain and protect my oral health. Professional, attentive, and definitely worth seeing!

Absolutely amazing. My daughter was so scared but Jessica made my daughter feel so comfortable and she explained what everything was and what they were going to do. She made it a great experience. My daughter was excited to make an appointment to come back again! I was impressed.

We’ve had two visits here so far with our 2 kids ages 2 & under. Both visits exceeded my expectations. When our son was about 20 months old, the hygienist was phenomenal with him. She took her time..made it fun, explained every step before she did anything and he was super comfortable and allowed her to brush and floss his teeth to perfection. The second visit we had an almost 3 year old and 13 month old in tow. We had a different hygienist but she was equally great. Calm, caring, and really makes sure both kids & parents were comfortable. This has made for a great positive first time dentist experience for our baby and second time experience for our toddler, who I think may have even actually enjoyed the entire experience and dare I say it, had fun? Lol. We look forward to continuing to work with this practice. From my initial communication & each visit. We left with positive reviews of our children’s teeth and knowledge about how to continue to provide good at home care. No unnecessary interventions recommended and we feel we can trust their service going forward. The dentists are also super great , personable , & knowledgeable.

Absolutely 5 stars and then some! We started going to KidzDent when our toddler started getting her teeth in. They’re patient, kind, great humored and it’s a very comfortable environment. I wish they took adults lol It’s a fun atmosphere, definitely unlike any dentist I’ve been to when I was a kid. I’m glad our daughter has a place for a great adventure into her tooth health and is treated with respect. Great work KidzDent folks! We love you!

Well-deserved 5 stars! Today, my 2-year-old had a dental emergency. She’s never been to a dentist before. I called a local office—one that everyone swears by, “Star Dentist in Manalapan”—and was told they wouldn’t take her because she wasn’t an existing patient. She’s 2. In pain. Fever for 4 days. Swollen gums and white spots in her mouth. How is that not reason enough? Frustrated, I turned to the Bad Moms of Marlboro Facebook group, asking for pediatric dentist recommendations. Within minutes, Jessica from KidZdent reached out and assured me they’d take her immediately. She understood the urgency and made sure we were seen same-day. From the moment we arrived, the care was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. Jessica and Dr. Mega were amazing. They greeted my daughter warmly, gave her stickers and bracelets, and made her feel at ease. While she played with the nurse, Dr. Mega took time to talk with me—really listened—to understand exactly what was going on. When it was time for the exam, my daughter felt so comfortable, she let Dr. Mega examine her without fear, giggling the whole time. Every single person we interacted with was kind, patient, and smiling. I told everyone I spoke to: I have never had such a positive experience at a pediatric office. The attention to detail, the genuine care, the way they treated both my daughter and me—it was incredible. Yes, it’s a little expensive out of pocket, but it is 100% worth every penny. I left feeling seen, supported, and cared for. We will absolutely be bringing our son here as well. Thank you so much, KidZdent—you’ve earned a patient for life.

Came in as an emergency with my 10 year old on a Saturday morning.. they were all around AMAZING. From the first phone call I called in. Appreciate this place& everyone in there very much!

We continue to highly recommend KidZdent Old Bridge!!! We first found this location via Google search when our 2 yo was diagnosed with Autism and Sensory Integration Disorder. The location is clean and very family friendly. The staff is full of personable and compassionate people. They helped us understand our dental insurance and made frequent appointments with our son to condition him for having others work in his mouth. With the help of Dr. Ilona and Miss Irene, our now 3 yo is a champion at cleaning his mouth and keeping his teeth healthy. Ironically, after all of this, when my daughter was 10yo, she needed an orthodontist and her dentist recommended KidZdent!!! She loves it so much at KidZdent that she wants to switch dentists. It has been such a great experience for both dentistry and orthodontist that we highly recommend.
