We’ve had two visits here so far with our 2 kids ages 2 & under. Both visits exceeded my expectations. When our son was about 20 months old, the hygienist was phenomenal with him. She took her time..made it fun, explained every step before she did anything and he was super comfortable and allowed her to brush and floss his teeth to perfection. The second visit we had an almost 3 year old and 13 month old in tow. We had a different hygienist but she was equally great. Calm, caring, and really makes sure both kids & parents were comfortable. This has made for a great positive first time dentist experience for our baby and second time experience for our toddler, who I think may have even actually enjoyed the entire experience and dare I say it, had fun? Lol. We look forward to continuing to work with this practice. From my initial communication & each visit. We left with positive reviews of our children’s teeth and knowledge about how to continue to provide good at home care. No unnecessary interventions recommended and we feel we can trust their service going forward. The dentists are also super great , personable , & knowledgeable.

Absolutely 5 stars and then some! We started going to KidzDent when our toddler started getting her teeth in. They’re patient, kind, great humored and it’s a very comfortable environment. I wish they took adults lol It’s a fun atmosphere, definitely unlike any dentist I’ve been to when I was a kid. I’m glad our daughter has a place for a great adventure into her tooth health and is treated with respect. Great work KidzDent folks! We love you!

Well-deserved 5 stars! Today, my 2-year-old had a dental emergency. She’s never been to a dentist before. I called a local office—one that everyone swears by, “Star Dentist in Manalapan”—and was told they wouldn’t take her because she wasn’t an existing patient. She’s 2. In pain. Fever for 4 days. Swollen gums and white spots in her mouth. How is that not reason enough? Frustrated, I turned to the Bad Moms of Marlboro Facebook group, asking for pediatric dentist recommendations. Within minutes, Jessica from KidZdent reached out and assured me they’d take her immediately. She understood the urgency and made sure we were seen same-day. From the moment we arrived, the care was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. Jessica and Dr. Mega were amazing. They greeted my daughter warmly, gave her stickers and bracelets, and made her feel at ease. While she played with the nurse, Dr. Mega took time to talk with me—really listened—to understand exactly what was going on. When it was time for the exam, my daughter felt so comfortable, she let Dr. Mega examine her without fear, giggling the whole time. Every single person we interacted with was kind, patient, and smiling. I told everyone I spoke to: I have never had such a positive experience at a pediatric office. The attention to detail, the genuine care, the way they treated both my daughter and me—it was incredible. Yes, it’s a little expensive out of pocket, but it is 100% worth every penny. I left feeling seen, supported, and cared for. We will absolutely be bringing our son here as well. Thank you so much, KidZdent—you’ve earned a patient for life.

After another practice performed an incorrect tongue-tie procedure, we sought a second opinion and were fortunate to find this office. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain the situation, outline the corrective procedure, and walk us through every step of the recovery process. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and compassion shown throughout has been exceptional. Follow-up appointments were well organized, and the doctor demonstrated great patience in teaching our son his stretching exercises to ensure proper healing. We are already seeing remarkable improvements in his tongue mobility and speech clarity — the difference is truly significant. For the first time, we feel confident that his speech will continue to progress toward normal production. We sincerely appreciate the expertise and care provided and highly recommend this practice to any family seeking high-quality, patient-centered treatment. Dr. Lirie Cekalniku is amazing!

They were excellent with my son on the autism spectrum. Patient, skilled and very supportive. I can’t believe she actually got him to sit and participate without aggressive behaviors!!!!!!! KidZdent Rocks!!!!!

We had an amazing experience at KidzDent Old Bridge for our 3 weeks old son frenectomy. The office was welcoming, clean, which made the entire process so much smoother. Just had my first visit with them and my kids (age 5 and 6) had their first dentist visit ever. From the first phone call to confirm insurance to the warm check-in process, everything felt organized and welcoming. The hygienist and dentist were genuinely kid-friendly and maintained a positive, caring attitude throughout, which made me feel completely at ease trusting them with my children’s care. My kids said “that was so much fun”

They treated my daughter so well. I thought after the laser she would be in pain for days and crying for hours, but after just a few hours she was completely normal, like nothing happened. During her check-ups they treated her like a queen. Excellent service!

Our experience here is always amazing. My husband and take our 3 little ones to KidZdent and it’s always a great experience. The waiting areas are nice and has cool play area for the kids. The staff are so friendly and very informative. And it’s always a pretty smooth process from checking in to checking out. I would highly recommend KidZdent!!

It’s a good thing all the doctors; dentist and orthodontist at Kidzdent are excellent. That said, some of the administrative staff may benefit from a refresher in customer service and empathy. I’ve never encountered an office that asks for a reason why for a cancellation + provides their feedback as to why it’s not ideal, felt completely intrusive, rather than just sharing availability for a rescheduled time. This is not the first time this has happened.
