Kids Dental Spot- Pediatric Dentistry and Dentist for Special Needs

Was referred by another mom to Kids Dental Spot she said that her autistic daughter was well taken care of that they were kind, understanding, accommodating, and worth the drive from the East Valley to see Dr. David. Our child is just sensitive to loud noises and likes a more calm quiet environment so I figured we would give it a try. Well I was SUPER Happy and satisfied with their service from the front desk to Dr. David it was worth the 40 min drive just to see him. They have a spacious lobby, clean and neat. A tv in the ceiling in the room so my kiddo could watch her favorite cartoon while they took pictures of her teeth and cleaned them. The Dentist was super informative, heard my concerns and addressed them all. I truly appreciate We have found our daughter’s dentist!

My daughter is 12 with Autism, ADHD and Anxiety. This was the BEST dental experience we have ever had. Tatum the assistant was amazing!!! She knew exactly how to handle my child's anxiety, she gave positive affirmations the entire time and so patient. This was the first time in 12 years that a complete dental cleaning was completed. Dr David was amazing as well, very thorough, patient and kind. It was an 2 hour drive from home to office one way and completely worth it. This is a very good Dentist office that supports the special needs community. I'm so grateful 🙏

We love coming here! They are so patient with my children and explain everything in a manner so both myself and my children are able to grasp the concept. Im grateful the staff was able to help keep my son calm and sitting somewhat still long enough to get his dental work done. Dr. David was more than willing to work around my son's talkative demeanor and lack of ability to sit still for long periods of time. I look forward to being a patient at this office in the near future

Dr. David was amazing. Tatum the dental hygienist for pediatrics was awesome. We had a wonderful experience. My son is 12 months old. Everything was friendly reception was welcoming overall 10 out of 10 recommend as a first time mom.

Dr David was awesome. He was so thorough and informative. I felt like other dentist were just trying to get the most money and take extreme measures (such as crowns for small cavities). The people at Kids Dental spot care about the desires of their patients and doing what’s best for them. They even have a fun waiting room and a sensory room for kids that have special requirements and needs. Would absolutely recommend

First time coming here and everyone has been absolutely amazing and incredible!! Dr.David and the whole team were so great with our kiddo! With a sensory stuff and ADHD, it can be overwhelming for her on new places and experiences, but they took their time and explained everything and each step and the doctor explained all the options and answered all her questions and ours! Great bedside manner and definitely recommend to anybody who is looking for a new dentist for their kids!!

I was amazed seeing that they have a sensory room. My son has ASD and has high sensory needs and he enjoyed the sensory room. They also worked really well with him and this was the first time he had a good dental visit. I think his name was doctor david and the assistant Melanie? I think that was her name made my son feel at ease.

Everyone was awesome from the front desk to the hygienist to Dr. David. We had an evening appointment but at no point felt rushed. They were all patient, positive and friendly... building a wonderful rapport and making my kids feel comfortable. The Dr. was very thorough and informative. He went over a lot of details about my kids' check up with me as well as the kids. It seemed like he really loves what he does. The office was also very clean and modern. Both kids were still talking about how much they liked thier new dentist by the time we got home! So... six thumbs up!

I drive all the way from Avondale to this office! Dr. David and his staff are literally angels on earth. They have SO much patience with my 2 autistic boys and my neurotypical daughter. They explain everything in great detail to us as parents and the kiddos. We came from another dental office that wanted to put my boys to sleep to get work done and I found Dr David after losing track of where he was. He didn’t agree with anything that my previous dentist suggested and truly shows he CARES about our kids my kids didn’t end up needing to be out to sleep. Hes an absolutely remarkable dentist and advocate for children with special needs! I 100% recommend him to everyone.
