Lisa Marie was so kind and professional! She was a little bit late, but made up for it by charging us less. She gave us clear directions on how to handle our son’s sickness and was so efficient when she was treating him. We’re incredibly grateful that she came right to our room and took care of our baby.

Lisa Marie was absolutely amazing! She came right to our hotel and instantly made us feel comfortable during a really stressful time with our sick daughter. She was incredibly professional, thorough, and gentle — caring for our sleeping, unwell baby with complete ease. Lisa was also very responsive and communicative, walking us through our daughter’s medication regime step-by-step and making sure we felt confident to continue care on our own. Her calm presence and clear guidance made all the difference. We are so grateful for her care and would highly recommend her to anyone needing support!

Lisa came to our rescue when our child started running a fever. She was very nice and works very well with children. It was so convenient to be able to stay in our room and wait. I would definitely use this service again if needed.

When my daughter tested positive for the flu, Lisa Marie made a convenient "house call" to our Disney World resort. Her communication was excellent, she was highly responsive, and she took the time to spend over two hours with our family, ensuring we felt well cared for.

While on vacation with my niece and nephew they both got sick.After two unsuccessful trips to urgent care we found Kids 1st Urgent Care and we were so impressed! It’s never fun to have sick kiddos, but sick kiddos on vacation is next level. Lisa was fantastic. She was so calm and reassuring. She put the kids at ease and was quick and efficient. Lisa Marie was absolutely amazing for both my boys! As we were trying to enjoy our day at magic kingdom, both of my kids fell sick and Lisa came and met us making it so convenient. She got them feeling better and the magic is back on!!

Lisa Marie is amazing! Never did I think I’d have to call urgent care for a sick kiddo the first day of our trip to Disney, but I’m so glad we found Kids 1st. This was the first time my son has ever seen a doctor without a complete meltdown. She made the entire appointment so enjoyable and the convenience of having someone come to the room was so great.

Dr Lisa Marie was fantastic , our little girl has a huge fear of doctors and hospitals and she was so kind and patient with her. She did all the tests and she had an ear infection gave her the first dose of antibiotics and set up prescription to pick up close by. We were so happy we got to stay in our hotel room and get her diagnosed by someone who genuinely cared for her and her fears. Thank you team.
