He made it right, was very professional and friendly, and explained the process and what had been miscommunicated before the cut, I will update this review after her next cut. I will be giving them a second chance after speaking with the owner and him being VERY quick to respond. Thank you! I really don’t leave reviews a whole lot but we were super excited to bring our puppy to get her hair cut but oh my gosh. I came home and my wife showed me what a bad job was done. Nothing was cut on her besides basically a buzz cut down the middle of her face. I don’t understand how a groomer looks at this work afterwards and goes. Yup that’s great. What kind of job is this? At least she feels soft though right? Just looks ugly now. Judas Priest

We have been going to Kibbles and Cuts for a few months now and can’t recommend it enough! My favorite part is being able to choose a groomer you like. We have a giant pup (100 pounds and growing!) and have loved working with Jess. Today when he was groomed he starting whining and wanting to play as soon as he saw her! He is so happy to get groomed which can be rare for dogs - I think it shows how much care the groomers have here. They also don’t over shampoo here! He has sensitive skin and doesn’t come home extremely fragrant but smells nice and has soft shiny fur. (Picture from today post grooming looking so soft and fluffy!)

I’m so grateful for Matthew at the Highland location! My dogs have never been excited to get groomed and it only took a few grooming visits for my dogs to start trusting and to be excited to see Matthew. That’s my sign that he knows how to sooth nervous dogs who don’t love getting groomed. Not only has he earn their trust, he has earned mine with his talent and working with me on scheduling them together and he delivers on his exceptional expertise. I am very happy with Kibble’s & Cuts online scheduling options and with Matthew!

I really enjoy bringing my puppy with big emotions about having her paws touched, here. They are always so welcoming to her and show nothing but kindness! They even informed me in such a nice way about a few mats my pup had on her legs that I hadn’t noticed and gave me knowledge about how to care for it on my own. They have amazing prices also! They are just nice people and I highly suggest you bring your dogs here!

Absolutely blown away by the grooming here. I brought in both of my huskies and they came out looking incredible. So fluffy, clean, and smelling amazing. It is not easy finding a groomer that can handle double the fur but they nailed it. I also love that I can book one appointment and have both dogs taken care of at the same time. Huge time saver. Professional, efficient, and clearly experienced with thick coats. Highly recommend.

Edited to add: we have had several appointments since our original review and we are still just as happy with Kibbles and Cuts! Jess is amazing! Thank you!!! Such a smooth process with our 5 month old puppy!! They were professional, kind, responsive and gentle with our little guy! Thank you!!! We already scheduled our next visit!

I have used Kibbles and cuts for almost a year, but I have a minature schnauzer and I was informed they would need to cut back the skirt, but how she turned out was disastrous! She looks like a skinned rat, see picture. I won’t be going back! This was ridiculous for 2 hours of work and over $120.00

Great place! Our dog always looks so good. You can easily make appointments online. The team is friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Matt did an amazing job with our Maltipoo. I told him that we didn’t want Blue shaved too short if we could avoid it despite him being curly. This is the best grooming job we’ve had done since getting Blue a year ago. So happy with the results!

Went to have a full VIP treatment on my Samoyed and it was great. Steff is amazing and she wanted to make sure I was happy with the service, which I clearly I was! She was great and super happy with how my dog turned out!
