When my best friend asked, "After all this time and effort, is it worth it?"—I smiled. Because for me, this isn't just about a Khowsuey cart, it’s about a journey. A journey of learning, evolving, and building something bigger than just one outlet.
Yes, the first year brought challenges, even losses. But when I look at Khao-Che today, I see:

This cart is just the first step. My vision is to take this across Pakistan, launching multiple brands with limited dishes but maximum impact.
