Supreme Auto Detailing

I initially gave this detailer a good review because the car looked nice on day one. I TAKE IT BACK 👎 I paid $780 for a full ceramic coating and scratch removal from the owner Kahn at my home. Unfortunately after just a couple of washes, the scratches reappeared and the paint now looks duller than before Because the clear coat was taken off so now on top of the scratch I have a dull spot around the scratch twice as bad Before hand, I asked Kahn if the guy he sent knew what he was doing as I was under the impression he/Kahn would be doing the work Kahn reassured me Andrew is certified in paint correction and ceramic coating. that’s probably not even a thing! When I contacted Kahn telling him the issue he asked me to leave my car with him for two days, no apology for mistake even though the original job was done at my home. With a new BMW, that’s just not convenient or reasonable for me, as the reason why I paid extra for home service. so now I’m inconvenienced twice once by the error and you want me to drop my car off too for two days! I replied and said that’s not possible. This is becoming an irritating I have to look at it every time I hop in my car. I asked if there was anything I could do myself, but I received no reply. Overall, I’m disappointed with the quality of the work and the lack of follow-up service. Definitely wouldn’t be going back to this guy and I recommend you don’t either

Did an excellent job on my car! Small garage but their ceramic coat made her look better than new. I will be recommending them to all my friends. Hope they move to a bigger garage someday that's closer to me 😉
