Khalifa Bakers Mochi Gate

Very disappointed with their service. I ordered 900 g of Nan Khatai and paid EXTRA for a tin box because I wanted to gift it to a friend abroad. When the order arrived, the total weight including the tin box was only 840 g (photos attached)!!! This means the biscuits themselves were barely around 700 g — far less than what I paid for. So basically I had to pay 3500 rps almost for mere 700 of nan khatai! I have always believed that reputable bakeries weigh their products separately from the packaging, whether it's a tin or a cardboard box. The tin alone weighs about 150 g, so the math speaks for itself. When I called their branch to clarify, they refused to take responsibility and casually replied, “Madam, hum to aise he wzn krte hain, apko pta nhi kis ne kaha h shuru se packaging k sth be wzn hota aya h.” Such a dismissive attitude was extremely disappointing. For a brand with such a big name and claimed credibility, this felt like a petty and unacceptable practice. It also raises concerns about how they dispatch their orders to other cities — are all customers unknowingly being shortchanged like this? Overall, despite being a very reputable brand, I'm very dissatisfied and would not recommend ordering from them again.

Ordered famous Almond naan khatai and French hearts from Khalifa bakers. I must say they have maintained their high standards of quality and service. Khatai's have the same great taste as of before. They have excellent home delivery service also. I had to bring these flavourful delicacies abroad for my friends. I'm sure they love it ! Thank you Khalifa bakers for providing us excellent service and taste as always.
