I've tried their cake rusk and khatai many times but today the experience is worst. Firstly the thing is they have increased their prices because of their high demand but they low their quality of khatai as well as cake rusk. The khati is very thin and too hard to eat also the color of khatai is very dark. They khati they display are the good to look but they already packed boxes or kg and half kg. When I order they instantly give me the already packed khati I told them to pack in front of me but they ignore me. Overall experience; 10/4
