Jose was fantastic. He let me know when he arrived and he did the work out in the wooded area in such a way that I could see the lines without having to walk through the woods. I had a couple of questions and he answered them all. I was very happy with his work. I am not a fan of the policy of paying everything up front. The company is asking customers to trust them enough to pay the whole amount up front when clearly they do not trust customers at all. A 75% deposit is more reasonable. However, despite this, I would still recommend Keystone to anyway. The work was impeccable.

Keystone Land Surveying, Did an excellent job at our property boundary survey and staking. Jose came out, explain what he was going to do and went straight to work. Our property had some missing boundary markers from the previous surveys. He was able to pinpoint where they were and reset them. He also corrected a previous marker that was off by several feet. Jose was at our property the whole work day working tirelessly. Our property is also a difficult landscape with lots of brush, Fallen trees, and a creek that you have to cross over. He answered all my questions and explained everything he did. He then went and showed me where the markers were for future reference. I highly recommend Keystone land surveying and would use them again in a heartbeat!
