The customer service here was absolutely top of the line. Ara, Javier, and Ely were very professional and efficient. Javier and the staff worked diligently to get me into an even better car than I was expecting. Considering my circumstances they worked out a deal with payments I can afford. I implore anyone looking to get into a reliable vehicle regardless of what your financial situation is go to Key Deer Motors. They can help you! My son purchased his first car here. The experience was so much better than all the previous dealerships we went too. No pressure, good options, great deal, and didn’t take long to get it done. Javi was especially great helping us.

Excellent customer service and team work. Omar and his team of professionals whom all individually worked so amazing each step of the way - to make a miracle and cared that they gave me exactly what I was looking for . A reliable car, great terms, great financing and great handling from the moment I walked in. The service could not have been better for a used and new car dealership they have to be in the top - best!

Absolute joke of a Car Dealership that baits and switches salvaged cars. I Call the number listed on Autotrader about an Infiniti q60, the guy said they have it in stock. I said I’m coming all the way from Coral Springs with cash to buy it the same day. I spoke 3 times to the “sales rep” about the car all throughout the day. I take a $100 uber to them to come to find out that they sold the car a while ago. I was pissed I couldn’t even think straight. Then they tried to bait and switch me into another car and I wasn’t having it. They told me that they have a “remote call center” that handles all the inquiries for online posts and leads and that the call center reps don’t have real time inventory updates. I said that’s fine but if you guys and your call center reps know that why didn’t they contact you first to double check that the car isn’t sold before I get there. It’s 2026 why don’t they have better communication channels than this. All they had to offer me for my troubles was to try and put me into a salvaged Chevy Cruze or a Toyota Corolla for more than I brought cash for. I talk to the manager and he tried to make up for it saying that he was going to the auction tomorrow in Orlando and he’s going to call me based upon what he sees and see if I’m interested in buying anything there. He said and I quote “I can make some money and you can get a car and we’ll both be happy”. Funny thing is that I didn’t even get that phone call. Thats when I realized that this is their business model. Do not buy a car from these people!

First, any positive review here is written by the dealership’s employees. We called about a car to check that it was in stock. We were told it was and that we had to make an appointment. We were assigned to Hector. The long drive there went smoother than expected so we called to bump up the time and this second call we were assigned to Javier. We get there and the car our appointment was for was nowhere to be found. Salesman says it’s at the shop for repairs. We wasted a half day of vacation on these fraudsters and they didn’t even apologize! Guy said this happens regularly. Also the high end cars on their website (Ferraris etc. are not there, this is a $5-10k junky car lot) Worst customer service ever! You’ve been warned!!!

Complete waist of time dealing with this company. My wife took a day off to drive us 5 hours from Tampa to Miami 🥵 for a appointment to see Hector when I came inside a worker came from the back told me hector was busy smh and send me to another worker that was very unprofessional. The car was priced at $1999 online but they printed out a paper with a total amount of $4,362 which is price gauging and double the amount posted on the website cargurus. Then the representative told me that I needed buy coverage to drive off of there lot which is incorrect when I could just add it to other insurances he thought he could tell me anything to get me to spend extra money to try and gain some type of commission. I called back the next day willing to pay for a tow truck to just to the car from Miami to Tampa and they did not respond They will waist your time completely and when I was standing outside that day another upset customer that caught a plane ✈️ from NY to get a car from here he seen on carguru test drove it and the car was not even in good running condition and he was pissed wondering how he was gonna get home now which is worse than my 5 hours there and back save your time and keep searching this was a very stressful situation

I had a great experience buying my car from Key Deer Motors! Charlie was fantastic—friendly, patient, and really knowledgeable. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. False advertising website says one price. I arrived and salesman jacked it up by $1000 guess he didn't know I seen online. I just listened to him for a bit asked him if he could do better he said no so I told him it was a thousand dollars cheaper online he agreed to honor online price but jacked it up about $2000 adding dealer fees and other charges cars are not even worth it from their

Worst experience of any dealer in Miami yet. Spoke all morning with a representative (technically two turn the one called while I was talking to the other and had no idea I was speaking to the other). Spent the morning confirming and lining the purchase. They sent me a CarFax and set up appointment. Only to come and the car is there and the guy tried selling me another car….Dont waste your time. Or call multiple times on your way to confirm …
