I was assisted by Guilherme over the past two days, and I have to say: he is an exceptional professional. From our phone conversations to the in-person visit at the dealership, he explained the entire process clearly, patiently, and with impressive knowledge. Any question my father or I had, he answered right away with full transparency.
At the dealership, he made us feel completely comfortable, never pressured us, and truly showed that he cares about helping customers find the right car. We haven’t found the exact model we want yet, but as soon as it arrives, we will definitely be purchasing it with Guilherme.
