On using this Company today through my breakdown, The whole thing was strange from start to finish. They turned up past the allotted time, which is fine because things happen, My son was broken down on the side of the M20, We was told they would take card then it changed to only cash or transfer so couldn’t take card, We had no other way of paying then the guy asked us to send A picture of the front and back of our card, Which immediately gave us a red flag as we’ve just been told they don’t take card And now they’re asking us to send a photo of our card details Which no one should ever be asked to do. We then bank transferred the money No receipt given, No information on exactly what they did. Tried to call the number on website To find out what was going on Because we were getting mixed messages And the main number said they would call us back and didn’t . Once we had transferred the money They still would not let my son go ( he’s 19 and autistic and at this point totally stressed ) until we had sent a screenshot That we had sent the money, I’m not sure why they could not check their end. Still had no phone call back from the guy that was going to call us back from the main number. Beware!!!
