Booked in weeks ago for a double stove sweep between three hours of the day to which no one ever showed, I called and was told they were running late, and they then they never turned up. I have left two voice mails asking this company to explain - with no call back or communication. I wouldn’t recommend using, poor form.

Made an appointment and no one showed up? I called and a lady said she’d phone back. No phone call and now no one answers!? Waste of my day and time!!
