Kenny Lin General Construction is every homeowner's dream contractor. Kenny is competent, trustworthy dependable, caring, and respectful. So are his in-house workers - Kelvin, Ricky, Peter, Jackie, Michael, Angel, & Juan. They arrived promptly each day & finished the project on time. Family, friends and the insurance inspector who saw my new bathroom they completely renovated was impressed, rating it "A-1," and "5- stars." Kenny helped me in many ways among which is accompanying me in shopping for materials. He even quickly went under my car to fix the "plate" covering the underside w/c got accidentally detached! So impressed were my sister & her husband by their work & work ethic that they immediately hired him to rebuild their stoop and other things in their house. I have many other good things to say but a shorter review is more readable. I strongly recommend Kenny Lin General Construction. Search no more!

Kenny and his team were absolutely amazing. Their professionalism’s combined speed and quality in a wonderful balance. We absolutely love our renovated coop. They gave an older building a breath of fresh air. I am in love with the sliding doors that open up completely. They even came by after the project was complete when we had some questions. Definitely recommend this team!

Kitchen Remodel was completed in 2019. Kenny's team is very professional. - While we still lived at the house, his team made sure that the working area cleaned up everyday. - Compared to other contractors who provided much lower price quotes but always adding up 50% more of cost at end of work, Kenny's price quote and estimate is very close. This allows us to control the budget - Although the work is limited to kitchen remodel, when we asked Kenny to help out on some minor work/repair of house, he didn't say no. - One year after the work, we found water leaking issue from the garbage disposal, he still sends his crew to help us fix the issue without any charge.

Kenny has done a whole apartment renovation and several smaller jobs for me in the past 2 years. His team has been great. Kenny's guidance on design and appliance choices have been extremely helpful. I highly recommend Kenny and his team.

We used Kenny Lin and his team for renovations over the summer for our 3 Br 2Bath COOP apartment. They were incredibly easy to work with and knew how to navigate the copious amounts of paperwork needed to get approval from the COOP's management team. They put down new floors and molding, removed floor to ceiling mirrors, painted, put in new closet doors and shelving, as well as performed ALOT of touch ups and clean up items on the apartment. The team's attention to detail was impeccable. If we had suggested something that wasn't good quality, they always provided us with the better option that was the best price for what we needed. Not once did we feel like we weren't listened to. They completed the work within budget and on time. We couldn't be happier to have worked with Kenny and team!

Had my first home renovated by Kenny and his team about 12 years ago and couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of the job. The old saying that "you get what you pay for" stands true with Kenny's crew. If you want a reliable and prompt contractor, Kenny's your guy. I had several issues with my house due to typical wear and tear of an old house where he came to save the day. I would say that you can't find that type of old school service from a contractor these days where Kenny takes pride in the relationship he builds with his clients. I've worked with larger "corporate" contractors in the past, but after dealing with Kenny and his personal touch, I'd stick with him for future jobs. Key takeaways with Kenny is honesty and transparency.

Kenny and Team were recommended to me by my daughter as they did a wonderful job for her too. Kenny was very professional with clear communication ad on-time delivery for my kitchen remodeling and fixing the water damage to my bathroom and hallway. Kenny and his crew are detail-oriented, timely, creative, and produce beautiful work. I now need to upgrade my bedding to match the quality of the built-in they made for our bedroom! His kitchen remodel from a few years ago was inventive and clean and has held up well. Another time he remodeled our girls' room and worked well with us to meld our design ideas with his. He works fast and well and gives practical advice along with imaginative design ideas.

Kenny was recommended by a family friend who had their basement done by them. All the work done to my bathroom by the previous contractor looked nice in the beginning but hardly held up after 3-5 years, (paint starts bubbling, faucet leaking, tile cracking etc...) For someone who has dealt with more than a few contractors thru out the years, it is refreshing to see someone who is still passionate about their work and dedicated to their crafts. Dealing with Kenny was very straightforward and comforting as he explained to us in details the prep work that is involved and the proper procedures that was needed in order to do the job correctly and for it to last a long time. We are very satisfied with their attention to details and reliability overall, we had a minor problem about 5 months after all the work was done and payment finished but he still came back and fixed it at no cost, try that with your contractor!!!
