I had an interesting experience working with my accident attorney and her staff; however, in the beginning, the process was not thoroughly explained to me well and the follow up took a while which delayed my treatment. I applaud their professionalism and compassion taking time to answer all my questions with patience. There were gaps in communication but in the end, they started to reach out again.
