I know someone that has had a case with this office since April 2024 and it's now October 2025. A County worker for Pulaski County Hawkinsville, Ga was driving a tractor came out into oncoming traffic and hit the individual from the side damaging the car as to where it was totalled she's been going to the chiropractor and still having problems with her back her future medical bills are over $140,00.00 current medical bills are $15,000.00 and that's all the insurance company wants to pay $20,000. $15,000 of it for current medical bills and $5,000 for her pain and suffering. So how is the attorney going to get paid if they charge 33 percent of settlement? They've called maybe 5 times within these 18 months and when she calls them it takes days sometimes weeks before Corey calls back. He say he sent in for them to pay her current medical bills, future medical bills and pain and suffering it's taken over 3 months to hear they only want to pay $20,000.00 so now he's saying they have to take the case to court to sue the county that has been 2 or weeks ago since he stated that. Her back is seriously injured that she will need surgery in the future all from someone else's carelessness he ran into the passenger side of her as she was passing by made the car spin out of control
and end up down the road when he was coming off of the dirt road as she was on her way to pick her kids up from school. I tried not to come to the internet but it's taking to long for the case to be settled and what is $5,000 for pain and suffering when she can't enjoy life as she knows or enjoy activities wit her kids anymore due to her back pain they don't want to pay for her future medical needs pertaining to this case it's not fair nor right. They know she's young and trying to take advantage of the matter.
