I had the best experience at Ken's tonight. I scheduled a haircut with Noor. When I arrived, we both knew I needed more. He accommodated my needs quickly. He looked at me inspiration pics and made me look even better. He colored my hair perfectly and gave me a much needed conditioning treatment. I have been coloring my hair for 35 years in the US, Germany, and Saudi Arabia and this was the best experience and result I have ever had. Thank you!!

The team here are so talented! I had my hair done my Telal who transformed my look (I naturally have fine flat hair). He has amazing creativity and encouraged me to try something I’d never done before (get bangs and tape extensions… I only went in for a basic trim haha). But I’m so happy he was my stylist as I love my new look (sorry the pics don’t do the hair justice!) Then a few days later I got my eyelash extensions done by Anne who is the sweetest lady ♥️. I wanted a very natural look and I am so happy with the result! I didn’t have many eyelashes left due to another company sticking heavy eyelash clumps to multiple eyelashes (instead of single lashes to an eyelash), causing a lot of fall out. However, Anne was able to rectify it and do a wonderful job. She is so nurturing and patient. Apparently she does facials so I will be back to try one of those! One final thing that surprised me is, for such an upmarket salon, how reasonable the prices are (in comparison to UK prices). The salon feels very luxurious and there is always a buzz when I walk past (I live close by).

I’ve been a regular at Ken salon for a while now, and I can honestly say my hair has never looked or felt better! My husband and I received a facial from Ken Salon and although the facial we received was really good. We were missold on an additional product. Anne told us that the price was 150AED only for me to realise the next day that we were charged 300AED. Be careful of them trying to catch you out and overcharging. I’m still trying to get my money back from the bank.
