If you want an honest mechanic and the job done right, choose Ken!! I took my car to the dealership and was told that I needed a new battery. My car still wouldn't stay on, even after I bought a new battery and when I told them what I was experiencing, they told me that it was the alternator (no diagnoses) and gave me a price to repair it. I called Ken and he scheduled to come out the next morning. He took his time to carefully diagnose my car just to find out that the newly bought battery was bad. I gave him my receipt and he didn't hesitate to take the battery out and get it replaced. Upon returning, it was a quick fix along with a very reasonable price and my car is running like new! I truly appreciate Ken because he showed that not only that he love his work but he cares for his customers. Thank you Ken for taking the time to repair my vehicle and for your professionalism. I didn’t want to believe the reviews given the fact that they were a bit dated , but I’m seeing first hand what they were saying as far as the communication is concerned. I waited on this mechanic for 2 days to come work on my car and to no avail. First day the guy agreed to come and do a catalytic converter job and even asked for my location. He told me to wait until 4 o clock and he will be here. 4 comes and goes and I no longer get any response from him until the following morning. When I woke up I’m greeted to this response from him "Yes. I apologize for yesterday. Didn't finish up till late. I will definitely get you done today!!!!!!” Which never happened again. I tried calling him as well only to be sent to voicemail with a generic message to call me back. That didn’t happen either. Moral of the story if someone is so called doing any type of legitimate real business no communication and false promises are not a good look. Do not waste your time with these shade tree mechanics who even struggle with communication.

Punctual. Quick. Affordable. I called Ken to change my brake pads today at 2:15PM. He had them done by 4:00PM. Highly recommended.

Ken.should ñot be able to show his face. He will a habit and hstraight. and and mess your vehicle up and keep promising to come back and take care of it but I had to go somewhere else to get it he never shows up If you have anything done by Ken you won't have a decent vehicle. He did some body work and he did that it made such a loud noise. Read the reviews . Ken has a habit of this.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to because i called him due to Honda stalling randomly and wanted to know wassup, He advised me of fee, & came out. He advised me it would be my CPS sensor that need to bee replaced. He “unplugged” the connector to my CPS his words verbatim “to keep it from stalling out until I got a new CPS sensor so I can drive and he’ll come out to replace it. He advised it would have that long crank because it is unplugged now. Oh, he also was turning the car off with the dignostic scanner so as he stated “yea that’s your CPS sensor, if I can turn it off with this scanner and it’s unplugged” When I went to drive my Honda is was jerking so bad as a woman with children it was no way I could drive this car like that, and it wasn’t jerking before. I rather it stalled than jerk! I reached back out to him immediately advising can he just plug it back up. I will say 1st day weather was bad so I excused it, next day he told me he was otw and never showed. Never said anything! ok moving foward with another mechanic because I mean I need my car & all I knew was he unplugged my “CPS sensor” well I took my car to Honda. $200 fee because he unplugged some other mess that had nothing to do with my CPS sensor. I’ve never disputed a $73 charge so fast. They were also confused on how it could be my CPS because it could be turned off with a dignostic scanner. all I’m saying ladies is just be mindful of who you let work on your car, have someone else present if your unsure because they will tell you anything+ cause more issues than the ones you had before!!!

Very very reliable! Came same day.. which was very convenient. Worked very fast but took his time on my car. Originally, he came and did a diagnostic and then I went ahead with service. 10/10 DEFINITELY Recommend! He got my vehicle back on the road after it’s been sitting for months. Thank you KEN!!!

My tire rod was wiggling and loose and Mr Ken came and delivered y’all! he was very punctual informative and kind and he got the job done i am so pleased that it didn’t cost much and he was fast!!!! I will definitely use him again! y’all don’t hesitate please book him… he’s truly legit

I thought the worst about my car when it started sounding like a roaring beast stuck in a trap while eating itself but he came out changed my spark plugs and my baby was purring as if I just picked it up from the lot. Lol he is truly the best . He’s truly a godsend I most definitely will continue to have him work on my car he’s fast and knows exactly what he’s doing- thank you again Ken.

Alternator I just happened to be on the home telling my husband that I didn’t know anyone with a shop to tow the vehicle too when Ken overheard and told me he was a mobile mechanic. It took him 30 seconds to confirm that I needed an alternator. Within 30 minutes he had the old one off and the new one on. It was by grace of God that Ken was there when I needed some help. He was professional and efficient. I have passed his number to two other people already. I have found my new mechanic. Thank you so much Ken. I really appreciate you.
