I had the pleasure of speaking with Ty over the phone when I wasn’t quite sure what I was looking for. He was extremely knowledgeable, offered fair pricing, and demonstrated genuine enthusiasm for his work. Ty went above and beyond with his professionalism and positive attitude, even taking detailed photos throughout the process. I highly recommend his services!

I send vehicles over to Ty regularly for the dealership I work at, and his work is always consistent, and astoundingly good! It doesn't matter what I give him, a reasonably clean car, a super dirty car, he takes it and transforms it into something I never expected. Hes done work on my personal vehicles including window tint, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The biggest thing with the staff at Kelowna details is the consistency. Communication is always good, timelines are good, and whether its a detail, foul odor, window tint, or something else, I always feel confident dropping a car off here, because I know when it comes back ill be a happy customer. Ty is professional and friendly, and my car looks as good as new! Everything cleaned really thoroughly, inside and out, and he managed to get rid of a small scrape on my front bumper and some coffee and mud stains on the seats, too. The paint has been coated with a sealant and I don't ever remember it being so smooth. He even sorted out the headlights which were quite foggy/matted - I had given up and accepted I'd need to replace them but they look squeaky clean now. Great attention to detail, explains all the options and the cost. Not cheap, but worth every penny. The car looks like straight off the production line. 10/10 highly recommend. I will be back! Ty is very attentive to detail! From the scheduling process until the car pick-up, it was a great experience. The interior of my wife's vehicle is spotless, as if we purchased it brand new from the factory. Reading his reviews, we had high expectations, and our expectations were not only met, but surpassed.

Ty provides an excellent service. He made my F350 look like it just rolled off the Kentucky production line. From setting up the appointment to seeing the final product, his professionalism shows. We only go with the best at EOC and Ty will be our go to guy for my family as well as my company vehicles.

My experience at Kelowna Detailing was awesome. My tinted windows turned out great and Ty was very friendly and knowledgeable in helping me decide on what strength to go with. Extremely happy! I have a toddler and pitties with the annoying short hairs that weave into everything. There wasn’t a single hair left! My car was cleaner than when I got it from the dealer. Cannot recommend enough!
