There's a good reason Kelley Construction has good Google review numbers! We recently had a number of repairs done on our home, some of which were found during the home inspection when we purchased the house, and some which arose after purchasing the home. One of the latter issues was a leaking vent pipe in an attic, which was slow-dripping onto the kitchen ceiling, and it eventually blistered the drywall and created a hole into the attic. To make matters worse, the ceiling in the kitchen is a custom color paint, and has a textured finish, so not the simplest repair. Travis and Tony both showed up and got straight to work. They were both very fast, efficient, and kept their work areas clean. Above all of that, they're both super nice people and very easy to talk to. They showed a ton of respect to me and our home, and they made sure to check in with me each step of the way during the project to ensure things looked good to me before moving on to the next step. The entire process from start to finish was very easy from scheduling to get an estimate/quote, to scheduling the work itself, and to taking care of the bill. Pricing was very reasonable and fair, and we're relieved to have several inspection issues dealt with and no more holes in the kitchen ceiling! We will definitely be contacting Kelley Construction for all of our future needs (and we already have a number of items on the list we'll be having them take care of later this year!). We were very happy with the bathroom remodel Kelley did for us. We had an outdated bathroom that needed some upgrades, and Kelley Construction delivered (before and after photos below). Todd and Karl were the ones who did the remodel and we are very thankful they did. They were very professional and made sure to efficiently get the work done while also making sure every detail of their workmanship was completed to perfection. Todd made sure to get our input on items while he was completing them to make sure we were happy with the layout/choices. They both went the extra mile to make sure that our bathroom felt like home and was completed to the highest of degree. We appreciated their respect for our home, they laid out plastic covering to protect our carpet and always made sure to clean up and vacuum their space when they were done for the day. The work was mostly completed within the estimated time. Unfortunately some of the items arrived broken to Kelley's warehouse, so project was delayed for minor items. The only negative feedback of this whole project would be that we suggest Kelley review items received in their warehouse ahead of the scheduled work so that the whole project doesn't get delayed. Would be a couple minutes of their time to look over items received and save their customer weeks of down time.

Kelley Construction was a pleasure to do business with. We did a pretty drastic overhaul of a galley kitchen and reflooring of a dining room (limited cabinetry and cracked/broken flooring). I called and scheduled the estimate and was put in touch with Alex Grant. He arrived to do the estimate on time and was very friendly. He took the time to listen to all our concerns and wants and also add some of his experience to suggest things we hadn’t thought about. He took and made a 3D rendering of the kitchen so we could see it in “real life”. He was always super quick at responding and helping us navigate through the product selection process. He was never pushy or tried to talk us into buying things we didn’t need. We had a budget and he jumped through hoops to make sure we got as close to that budget as he could. Demolition and installation was as painless as not having a kitchen can possibly be. Clint was our lead installer. He was great. He was always prompt to the house and the house it was always clean when he left for the day. He never left garbage or tools laying around and always tried to make our house livable during the demo/installation process (temporary flooring, temporary countertops, and utilizing parts of the cabinets he had finished with). He had great attention to detail and always aimed to make the kitchen work for us. Rich, and Travis also came with Clint and were always vey personable and respectful. Bud was the lead of our electrical and they did a fantastic job routing our electrical and updating our wiring to include new appliances. As stressful as not having a kitchen and dining room can be, Kelley made the process as easy as can be. They were local for us and supporting a local business is important to us. I would call them again in a heart beat if there is any project that we want done. I’m still in shock at how close our estimate was to the final project cost even though we ran into a few snags along the way.

Todd and Carl were outstanding men. My home looks so much better than it did before. They did great getting my new siding on.

Travis and Chris came by to do a repair after a full sheet of shingle had blown off our roof. Not only did they get us in quick, but you can’t even tell there was a repair! They even pulled our trash can up from the road! Kelley is great! Definitely recommend.

Love this company! Very professional, excellent quality. I had massive damage to the house due to storm. Jeremy and his team (Austin and Jacob) built trusses, repaired roof, removed deck and sun room then rebuilt both. Jeremy gave great attention to detail. He was customer focused, easy to work with! The deck is beautiful and I love the new sun room. I would DEFINITELY recommend these guys for any jobs you need done. Thanks to Jeremy, Austin and Jacob, I have my house back! Shout out to Alex too, very flexible and accommodating to my situation.

These people are horrible. They are working on a job next door to me and my first run in with them was when they started driving through my lawn with their truck and trailer, see photo. Now today I was expecting a delivery on a 100lb a/c unit delivered by fedex but these jerks decided that they would block the road with their truck and trailer, see photo. When fedex showed up trying to get through the jerk driver just sat in his truck unwilling to move. I ended up walking down the road to go help him carry the a/c almost 50 yards to my house. The jerk never said a word, just sat in his trunk watching. Totally worthless people, lucky I’m not a violent person. Update: here we go again, this is how they parked today, right in the middle of the road to my house. Expecting two deliveries today, they better move this time

Kelly Construction converted a covered deck to a family room for us. We are very pleased with the finished room. All the crews: demolition, footings, foundation, siding, and interior work were professional and friendly. I hope I have the entire list of workers: Austin, Ian, Jerry, Mike, Craig, Dillon, Brody, and especially Don. Don handled all the inside and finishing work. He kept us informed on each step and was professional and respectful to our property. As with all projects, not everything went smoothly, but we felt the glitches were handled and in the end we are very satisfied!

Kelley Construction just finished our dream bathroom! In the office, Chip did a great job explaining the process and was accommodating when I needed different choices to make decisions. Don and Moe worked on our bathroom and they were amazing! Moe was able to color-match our old wall paint and Don knows all the things and how to pivot when it comes to bathroom construction. Wow!

We are so happy with our new deck! Michael and Craig were both very professional and made sure to communicate with us regularly during construction. You can tell that they take pride in their work and design/build structures to last. Would definitely use Kelley Construction in the future.
