"HANDS DOWN the best experience I could ever have hoped for, considering my parents have dementia and I work a full-time job with a crazy schedule. I called to speak with someone about my parents house significantly settling in a short period of time (since when do doors not open overnight?), and after crying on the phone for probably a good half hour, they offered to send a consultant to come to see for themselves what I was trying to explain. PEOPLE. WHEN I SAY HE IS A GOD SEND. I mean it.
He was so nice and made us all laugh and smile. He was so patient with my parents and didn't mind repeating himself over and over AND OVER so they felt included. I can not begin to explain how nice it was to be treated like old friends and family, even when discussing business. He made sure to explain everything that was needed to us, explain why it happened, and offer more than one solution to the problem. We will always recommend his services and we gained a friend too!"
