There's a good reason Kelley Construction has good Google review numbers! We recently had a number of repairs done on our home, some of which were found during the home inspection when we purchased the house, and some which arose after purchasing the home. One of the latter issues was a leaking vent pipe in an attic, which was slow-dripping onto the kitchen ceiling, and it eventually blistered the drywall and created a hole into the attic. To make matters worse, the ceiling in the kitchen is a custom color paint, and has a textured finish, so not the simplest repair. Travis and Tony both showed up and got straight to work. They were both very fast, efficient, and kept their work areas clean. Above all of that, they're both super nice people and very easy to talk to. They showed a ton of respect to me and our home, and they made sure to check in with me each step of the way during the project to ensure things looked good to me before moving on to the next step. The entire process from start to finish was very easy from scheduling to get an estimate/quote, to scheduling the work itself, and to taking care of the bill. Pricing was very reasonable and fair, and we're relieved to have several inspection issues dealt with and no more holes in the kitchen ceiling! We will definitely be contacting Kelley Construction for all of our future needs (and we already have a number of items on the list we'll be having them take care of later this year!). We were very happy with the bathroom remodel Kelley did for us. We had an outdated bathroom that needed some upgrades, and Kelley Construction delivered (before and after photos below). Todd and Karl were the ones who did the remodel and we are very thankful they did. They were very professional and made sure to efficiently get the work done while also making sure every detail of their workmanship was completed to perfection. Todd made sure to get our input on items while he was completing them to make sure we were happy with the layout/choices. They both went the extra mile to make sure that our bathroom felt like home and was completed to the highest of degree. We appreciated their respect for our home, they laid out plastic covering to protect our carpet and always made sure to clean up and vacuum their space when they were done for the day. The work was mostly completed within the estimated time. Unfortunately some of the items arrived broken to Kelley's warehouse, so project was delayed for minor items. The only negative feedback of this whole project would be that we suggest Kelley review items received in their warehouse ahead of the scheduled work so that the whole project doesn't get delayed. Would be a couple minutes of their time to look over items received and save their customer weeks of down time.
