Traci is the best, I contacted her last September about listing my house in South Gulf Cove. We decided to list it on October 1 2023 and had it under contract by the end of October. The buyers ended up backing out when they couldn’t secure a mortgage. Traci immediately had it active and within 2 days it was under contract again for $5,000 more than the previous buyer.
