I appreciate the outstanding service I received when I had a flat tire. The technician, Sam, who assisted me was exceptionally knowledgeable and informative. He clearly explained what the process was going to be. Sam also kept me informed with his ETA. Sam completed the tire replacement in a timely and efficient manner, showcasing a genuine passion for his work. It was so refreshing to see someone so enthusiastic and professional. Sam spoke very highly of the company’s owner, which speaks volumes about the positive work environment and company culture you foster. This is also a brown company!! Sam, thank you for providing such a high standard of service. I would definitely recommend Sam and Keep Us Rolling as the company to go to!
