Replaced our aged leaking tank water heater with a tankless. Dealt with James the whole time. He is the tankless water heater guru. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns prior and during the installation. He finished the installation earlier than expected! Thank you so much to James and the Keep Smiling Team! Roy did an excellent job and was so easy to work with! He repaired a ceiling fan in the kitchen and answered our questions about other lights in the kitchen thoroughly and well. We understood our options for changing things and what the pricing would be and were able to make an informed decision that was best for us. He also repaired the switches for lights in a bathroom. They were blinking and he determined that it wasn’t the wiring, just the switches. This saved us a lot of money since it wasn’t a wiring problem. Roy did his work efficiently and well, was very knowledgeable and very pleasant talking to us and explaining the work! He gladly volunteered to put up the new remote control for the kitchen fan and was very polite, kind and considerate! If you want a terrific company, choose Keep Smiling and ask for Roy! We recently hired Keep Smiling Plumber to remediate a leak in our foundation, and they sent Victor — who did an absolutely fantastic job. He was incredibly professional, kind, and respectful. He truly listened to our concerns and took the time to clearly explain the entire process so we felt comfortable every step of the way. Because of that great experience, we hired them again — this time for a blockage in the sewer pipe in our front yard. Victor returned along with Marcus, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. They dug up the front yard, removed and replaced a slab of concrete, removed the root causing the issue, and repaired the pipe. It was a big job that took nearly the entire day, but they handled it flawlessly. What impressed us even more was how neat and tidy they left everything when they were finished. You could tell they genuinely care about their work and their customers’ homes. I've had the pleasure of working with Keep Smiling on two separate occasions. In my most recent experience, Victor F was an absolute lifesaver. I had originally contacted my home warranty company for what I thought was solely a toilet clog issue. Long story short, it was more extensive, and the company recommended by the home warranty company wanted to charge us between $ 8k and $10k since it wasn't covered under the warranty. I called Keep Smiling because I trust them and their tech’s integrity. Victor F confirmed the issue identified by the home warranty company, but I didn't not have to pay anywhere near what the other company stated. This is why Keep Smiling will always have my business.

The overhead light in our laundry room had an old fashioned bar fixture that flickered at all times. We called Keep Smiling Electrical service who sent out a nice young electrician named Grant. He offered a couple solutions to replace the ancient fixture. He went to purchase our choice along with needed bulbs, returned quickly, and replaced the fixture. While turning off the circuit breaker he discovered a leak in a basement pipe. We now have a plumber from Keep Smiling on the way. A great group of “fix it” guys!

Great service! Able to get me serviced within a short time after calling, after waiting for hours with 2 other companies. Everyone I spoke with was courteous. Justin Rose was awesome. He explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand what had happened and what he was doing to fix it. I will return to them for any other needs I may have. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Victor Montalbano with Keep Smiling Plumbing, Electric, Heating & Cooling. I contacted them for a second opinion regarding a potential sewer line issue, and Victor truly went above and beyond. He arrived on time, completed a thorough camera inspection, and showed me everything while explaining each step clearly and patiently the entire time. Although the issue couldn’t be rectified on the spot (which I already knew and expected), Victor did everything possible to help and assist. He even identified that the issue may be related to the county connection rather than my own line and walked me through how to investigate that further; something I genuinely appreciated and would not have known otherwise. Victor is a solid, honest technician who took his time to educate me and present options instead of pushing an unnecessary and potentially expensive repair. That level of integrity is rare. I highly recommend this company, and especially Victor, to anyone looking for trustworthy, knowledgeable service.

I needed a light fixture installed. I reached out and was contacted quickly with a quote. I was able to have the fixture installed the same day and the tech Roy Wint was awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He did an electrical inspection which was appreciated also! He’s a great tech and represents the company well. I’d definitely recommend this company. Update. We bought pendants and needed those installed after the initial light fixture installation. Roy Wint did such a great job I called to request he install the pendants. The scheduling was easy and Roy Wint once again did a fantastic job. He was personable and knowledgeable as always!!! The pendants look amazing!!! Thank you Roy!

ON 2/26, Kevin Davis came out to a home that I was trying to purchase, to inspect the HVAC system. Not only he was very professional, but he also walked through what he was doing and why. His knowledge and experience was top tier. If you use Keep Smiling for your HVAC, make sure you request him! Great guy!
