I have had an electric scooter since 2017, and its very occasional use led to a belated discovery that it would no longer run. We were reluctant to haul it around looking for answers/repair, but felt guilty for letting it just sit. I learned about the launch of KPM, so I decided to trust the company's real-world knowledge, determination, and business education. KRM responded quickly, scheduled a time that would work for me, and let me know beforehand what costs might be incurred. Zach conveniently provided service at my home and immediately resolved the problem! I am grateful that he has launched KRM, and I have greater confidence navigating mobility needs. Thank you, KRM!
