Keep it Cool

Called David at Keep it Cool to repair a gas line to my stove. PG&E capped it off until I could get it repaired. With guests coming to stay within a couple days. David and his partner came in less than 24 hours. They did a great job! They were professional, knowledgeable and when I asked them to adjust a small detail he remained positive and resolved it. I felt their pricing was fair as well. Definitely my new HVAC guys.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I am happy to give a glowing review of the service I received from Keep it Cool. It started with very good communication; David texting me confirmation of my appointment and then updating when he would be arriving the day of. Our fridge was running warm. It was a rainy day, and David was very conscientious about entering and exiting our home and using towels to wipe his feet. In no time he diagnosed the issue, a leaking connection on the evaporator. He worked diligently for several hours meticulously welding the connection back together and leak checking so carefully. Successfully he was able to fill our fridge's system with freon again. He put everything back together and I had a working fridge! It's been five days and it's running great, keeping cool! I highly recommend "Keep it Cool" and David for your service repair.

The team was reliable and price was reasonable. Please don’t hesitate to contact them if you have an older gas wall heater that needs maintenance. Highly recommend.

David showed up an hour after I called him. Despite having to call around before the three day weekend where I couldn't get anybody. I got lucky when he called me! He is an excellent worker, doesn't waste time and gets right to it. He knew exactly what was going on with my refrigerator. He checked it through and through and found there was nothing wrong. He did not charge a price to just show up. (one guy charged me $150 just to fix a handle on my refrigerator last year). David fixed other things that needed to be fixed in my old home. Extra honest and hard worker and at a fantastic price. I recommend him 200%. He is a new business owner and is working on building up his clientele. I will definitely keep him in my Rolodex for any future tasks in my old home.

David from Keep it Cool is not only honest and reliable, he also happens to be very good at diagnosing and fixing refrigerators! My LG has failed us twice in the last year, but David brought it back to life both times. First it was replacing the compressor. And recently he returned to fix another issue for no cost, as it was under his own 1-year repair warranty. My hero! Hopefully I won't have anymore appliance issues anytime soon, but Keep It Cool will be the first phone call if I do!

David was super quick on the response and made time to come promptly for a heating concern. He was very patient and had a great attitude while investigating the concern.
