I tried to locate my last review to edit but was unable. So here is another thought I feel is essential to making an informed decision when choosing a dumpster company. I own a construction company and have rented more than my share of dumpsters. Initially I was upset because they picked the dumpster after leaving me a message. The unit was dropped of mid-day on Wednesday, 9/6 and picked up Wednesday, 9/20, early morning. I was told 3 tons, 14 days and $20 per day for everyday after 14 days. I we as in the midst of filling my dumpster when I show on 9/20 to discover the dumpster had been picked up. I believe my initial review was given on HomeAdv. I believe the owner called shortly after to discuss my review. It was clear we did not agree on the way this transaction was handled. I was informed if I would slow my roll I would learn that I would be getting a refund because I did not reach my weight limit. What I really needed was a dumpster to get rid of the rest of my construction debris now littering the property until I decide how to dispose of the materials in a cost effective manner. I decided to make my thoughts known because the refund has never been given seeing that the owner did not like the truth being told for any future prospective customers to see. It is my professional recommendation to find another dumpster company. One who places business practice over emotional feelings. I am left with No refund and a large amount of construction material that I need to rent another dumpster to dispose of the material. Very frustrating and very costly. Ask yourself is the risk of this happening to you really worth the risk when using KCS dumpster rentals?
