I had my house painted a white vinyl fence put in and a deck put on the back of my house. This was all done in 6 days. The work they did is outstanding. The guys show up on time. Worked all day and we're pleasant and knowledgeable. Eddie is the best job foreman and always was willing to make any changes that we wanted. I highly suggest this group. Dustin was our initial sales and came out and did a perfect job of measuring everything that we wanted and The whole project went as planned with no issues. Thanks again for an outstanding job guys

The entire process from tear out of the old deck to finished new deck only took 4 days. Dustin went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our project. I so wanted to love our new deck and screened in porch but we are disappointed and frustrated. First they attached the new deck to rotted wood that they said they would take out (they came back to fix that one after it was pointed out). Then the project manager called to tell me they were finished with the project and I had to inform him the ceiling was not even installed and the electric was never fixed. The cement work is rough and looks unfinished (cut outs never filled in). Boards are popping up and bowing not even half a year in. The railing lines are so loose you can pull them past one another making it clearly unsafe which they were told day of completion. I've been told they will get back to me on the boards and railings but that was two weeks ago now with multiple follow ups. We love having a screened in porch but we really wish we had gone through another company.

Ayden and his crew were Rockstars from beginning to end of our deck project! I called KC Deck after seeing a FB ad and read all their reviews. We tried several other Deck Companies and either no one answered their phones or messages or just never showed up for the quote appt! I contacted KC Deck and they responded immediately and came out very quickly to give me a quote. We accepted their quote and was given a timeline of approximately six weeks out, but low and behold they had a project move their install date so they called us just a couple weeks later and got our project in weeks ahead of schedule! We just had a small project, we extended our deck by approximately a 4 x 8 space, But they treated us and worked like we were building a completely new deck. They were very respectful of our property and knowing that we have dogs, they made sure to clean up each day as they left and made sure our yard was clean as when they got there. There is something to be said about a business that treats you like you’re spending $$$ with them, when you’re only spending $! Their prices were right on target for the job completed and I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is needing a deck refurbished, a new deck or deck repair. They deserve 10 Stars!

Jared knew exactly what I wanted and how to execute my vision. He created a deck extension to connect to my pool and made it seamless and perfectly matched to my existing urban deck style. It has so much character and functionality. Beautifully crafted and perfectly designed. I honestly think Jared is the only one who could pull this off. Done in one day.
