Miles and his team did a FANTASTIC job installing my kitchen last week. They are polite, respectful, and diligent to get the job done. They were done 2 days sooner than I anticipated, and it is PERFECT! The cost was a fraction of what I was quoted by others, they went above and beyond to do extra work needed that I hadn't thought of. I can't express enough how pleased I am with KBDR, and would recommend them to anyone considering a new kitchen or bath in their home.

We had several projects lined up for our home, and remodeling our two bathrooms was at the top of the list. We chose KBDR Home Design for the job, and it was the best decision we could have made. KBDR did a great job on our bathroom renovation. We wanted to provide a detailed review because they're a fairly new company and not many reviews are available yet. Earlier in the year, we had a contractor renovate our entire bathroom. It was effectively a scam because the workmanship was terrible and the contractor stopped communication with us, likely knowing it was unrepairable. We had had multiple contractors, an inspector, and a few specialists confirm our only option was to have most of it redone. No one wanted to repair someone else's work and maintain a warranty, especially such a terrible job. The work involved removing the toilet and vanity and glass shower walls, demo-ing the wall and floor tile down to the wood and start it all over. It was absolutely awful. When Joanna and Miles came to assess the situation, their sentiment was the same (everyone laughed at the sight). But Joanna said "We like a challenge," and that was at least the first sign of optimism from anyone. They came back with a pretty good quote so we took the relationship further and checked out their showroom and were happy with what we saw. We liked that their workers are both owners and employees--not subcontractors. They quickly gave their license and insurance info too. Everything went great. Daily, they put up so much plastic and floor coverings and then removed most of it before leaving so we hardly had to clean. Their schedule was the same every day and they worked hard and constantly. They were all happy talking amongst themselves, didn't leave garbage, and never seemed to make a mistake (and we were watching closely given our situation). They were very thorough in measuring and planning, had all the tools and materials they needed, and knew just what they were doing. They asked when unsure. They quoted 10-15 days and were done on day 14. We couldn't be happier with the quality and attention paid to details. Special thanks to Chi, Sam, Joanna and Miles for saving us from our awful situation. We love our bathroom.

I just stopped up at KBDR new showroom that was still in the finishing stage before their Grand Opening. With everything that was going on Holly still made time to show and help me with my cabinet order. Although all the displays were not completed finished, I was impressed with the quality of the work that they were doing. If this is any indication of the service and craftsmanship that they will be offering it would be hard to find a better place to shop.
